We use it to send out our contracts, NDAs and releases to our clients. airSlate SignNow has solved the issue of getting paperwork returned and returned in a timely manner. Some of our NDAs require multiple signatures and airSlate SignNow makes that much easier to accomplish. We are able to upload multiple documents to our template file and send out the required document for signing quickly.

The ability to assign multiple signers to a single document is exceptional. airSlate SignNow allows you to edit a document you have already uploaded and save the edits as though they are part of the original document in your templates section. The history feature makes it easy to go back and see how many times a document has been viewed and the exact date and time the document was signed.

airSlate SignNow is well suited for companies that send documents often that need signatures. take the iPad back swipe over and I'll go over my policies with them I don't know about you guys but I never read these full things the reason I take it back is I can go over that to make sure we're on the same page they have a one time freebie cancellation and after that they know they're going to have to pay regardless I do have a cancellation in a no-show policy this way they know what they're being charged if they're late or they cancel within a 24 hour window talking about arrival rescheduling appointment working over other artists works after hours appointments for me if I have my normal hours any appointment that I take outside of those hours is subject to an additional $25 fee and then a refund policy my refund policy is that there are no refunds because your client is paying for now once we're done with that we'll go back and add another text in asking how the client heard about us what's great about this as you can see if they heard about you through Instagram or if they heard about you through Facebook so then we'll go back to our graphics and all you need to do is type in Instagram and then you can type in Facebook and little icons come up which you can add in then you can go back to graphics and find the outlined square so your client can check which box how they found you and then we'll add another text option for a referral which is nice like I said before if you offer a referral program this way you can keep track of that on who's getting that discount there are so many tools you can utilize and PicMonkey to make it your own what I like to do is I'll go back into graphics and click on design and I like the dry brush strokes and what you can do is change it to a color that matches kind of what your brand's doing and then all you have to do is take the writing and slide it down so the stroke is underneath your writing I hope that was a helpful little tutorial I can do a more in-depth one if you guys are interested in that and I hope you guys try it
