otherwise I'm gonna check in bender here and then I'll take them back to the groomers okay so bender was grooming I think with with this this groomer so groomers will typically work off the facility calendar here so they can see what kinds of appointments they have and any related notes to those appointments so this is the appointments here for bender I don't see any notes here we did allow 60 minutes for this the groomer can enter the price in here if it hasn't been entered already they could also look at the appointment card for bender and this is a again that deeper look for bender here they could enter notes as they're completing the appointments you use number-8 so you'll have that for easy reference in the future they could as well rebook they can mark this as complete we will next available appointment by that specialist ok in this case we're not seeing much let's back up here and see what else we can find here we go so she's found some availability with this groomer and she'll head her and her pet she can cancel any existing reservations she wants add service options so you can upsell things here she can write in notes and then make this appointment request she can even do recurring dates ok so I know a lot of groomers a lot of you will want to schedule out okay get things scheduled out every four six eight weeks so you have that repeat business okay so the customer can do this or you can do it from your side as well okay so let's book out ten appointments every six weeks so she can request those all at once or you can schedule those and then these requests will go in and again you'll manage those requests okay the nice thing about this of course is that you can go in and accept those all at one time okay I think we made those for a different
