hi this is anis from never stop tracking today i am uh giving you this uh spreadsheet for available trucks uh here it is this is a spreadsheet i just made for you and then i'm going to use it myself i had something similar before but now i decided to go ahead again with it and i can use it myself but i mainly made it for you for this channel uh just fresh here so what is this it's a available truck template or spreadsheet whatever you want to call it and you would give this to brokers um usually because we dispatchers and carriers we usually work with brokers you know and they um sometimes like to know our availability so if you have a few brokers that will work with you on a regular basis uh you can share uh with them this spreadsheet and uh you can do other things with it as well you can uh include this in your signature on your email and then i'll show you how to do that and you can also put it on your website share it in in a chat if you're using uh g-chat so if you work with few brokers on a regular basis they don't have to ask you every time you know twice a day hey you know what are you working uh next uh what's you know what do you need help with you can just they can just go to this spreadsheet and then just see for themselves and uh you know as long as you update it uh you know whenever you book a load whenever you cover a truck as long as you update it then you can they can benefit from this so i will tell you how to how to download it how to use it but first let me just uh explain to you um what it is and how it works it's very simple uh there are no uh formulas here except for the dates but you don't have to mess with that so i'm just gonna uh maybe we don't need this to be this big we just will just make it a little bit smaller so we can see everything here and maybe i can just yeah this is enough we can just go uh left and right we can slide so um now here uh you have all this information that you can change um so for me i have track number trailer number and uh equipment so i i have 53 feet drive ends and you can change the equipment here to whatever you just uh click on it and then you know you know change it here to like let's say uh 48 uh feet um i don't know flatbed you don't have to have you know drivers names and all that they don't need to know that but it's just easier like if a broker sees like a truck one two two uh is in northern shores michigan on the 17th they can just tell you hey i have this load from there to to there and then you know do you like it uh and then here we have uh the week uh the whole week you know from monday to sunday and then we have next monday and next tuesday and then we have dates for each uh day and these are all current so that's the only formula so if you uh double click here then you can change at the beginning of the week so today is the 16th of march uh the day when i'm recording this video and the beginning of this week was the 14th and then you change it that way so next week for the next week you're just going to change this to 21st and then you see how this changed so monday is 21st uh tuesdays 22nd 23rd and then whenever you just double click here and then if you change it to 28th and then it changes here uh to those dates um and then we have uh so today's let me go back to current week so today is the 16th and uh uh sunday is the 20th and then next monday is 21st so this i basically put this here just like if you're if the day was friday and then you were working on next week and you can just put your trucks here so the brokers can see the next week and then here you just type in the location of the truck so now they know when they uh what if today is wednesday and now they know when they look at this uh spreadsheet they know that tomorrow you'll have all these trucks available and they can look for loads and then here uh you put in like their the preferred destination like this guy is in dunkirk new york and he wants to go uh to grand rapids and uh same with other trucks and then preferred pay you know like usually we can get this rate from uh there to grand rapids you know if you want like three four or five dollars a mile or you can leave this uh all blank uh and you can add other things here as well uh and then you would um uh here you would change this okay to your needs so this is the one you're going to be getting it's same as mine uh i didn't add i'm just going to show you how i i added this later so i'm going to insert one column left here okay and then i'm gonna make it same as this so i'm just gonna select all these and then right click and copy and then click on the first cell here and then paste so now we pasted everything it's same as that one and then we're just going to change it here to equipment and then you can do anything you want here now here since i don't have tuesday like i have on the other spreadsheet so so this way you can you just learn a little bit yourself so right click here and then insert uh one column left that's the one here and then we're going to copy we want to make it same as this one for tuesday so we're going to drag you know select everything and then copy and then click on the first one here and then just paste okay so now we have a same column we're gonna make it smaller here and then we're gonna change this to double click and then change it to uh tuesday okay and now we have to fix the dates here uh so if you double click here that uh changes the formula so if you accidentally double click on these uh uh cells with formulas then all you have to do is press enter okay so that way it will not break anything but since we want uh just to know what this is like it's a n1 plus seven okay and then we're just gonna like see like if you double click here it's n one plus six okay because this is n one and it just adds six days and this adds seven days now this here we wanted to add um eight days so we're gonna do n one plus eight enter and now we have the correct date and then we have tuesday added here as well okay so this is the one you're gonna be getting it's same as the one i have and then now here you can put in your um let me see so here you can put in your logo here uh the way you do that is uh just click on insert and then image image image image right here and then insert image in cell and then find it on your computer here and just insert it there okay and then here double click and change it to uh your company name or whatever you want it to be and then here same change all this information so the brokers when they see this they know uh where to contact you and how to contact you okay uh so yeah this is it um now let me uh just show you um in gmail how to add this as a signature so this is your link here that you have this is your spreadsheet and then you right click on it and then copy it okay and then we're gonna go to gmail i'm just gonna change my signature if you go to settings here and then see all settings and this is only for gmail and uh we're gonna scroll down to our signature i already have one um here and i'm just gonna edit it or if you don't have one you just click on create new but i'm gonna edit it uh i did signature name oh yeah just do it here so i have all my information here and then maybe i'm just gonna do it uh maybe here just gonna go uh click maybe bold letters and capitalize click here for our and the little trucks okay uh i'm gonna make sure i copy mine this is the one this is officially my uh truck list so i'm going to copy that one and then i'm going to select this text make it bold and then change color i don't know black and then insert link you just put plus press here and then uh text to display every trucks for usura express let me see how that's gonna work yeah okay yeah so uh yeah that's that's how you add it here so and then you save it and now uh whenever you do a email and then send it brokers will go to link they will be they should be able to click on it well not same here go to link or to link and then if they click on it it should come out like that but i think they like when they receive the email uh it will be clickable they can just click on it uh yeah that looks okay i mean maybe you could change it a little bit you know but this is good enough for me okay now how do you uh save this so uh you go to um downloads on my website and the uh link will be in description on this of this email and in the comment on top the pin comment uh so and that that link will bring you here to downloads and then here uh it will be here in download section that spreadsheet which which will be zero dollars okay and then when you download it you will download a pdf file like this okay and uh basically um you will just copy this uh and paste it in your let me copy it and you will just paste it into your browser okay and then when you paste it into your browser i already have it for you from before you just paste and click enter it will bring you to this page it will say make a copy okay and then you just make a copy and and that's it now this is your spreadsheet okay so uh and like i said it will be the one you're getting it
