speak loud [Music] going through pain when she was tempering broke my heart see my brother name on that obituary too many Motors love it been getting scary what up y'all should boy and we back with another one today's video is going to be on how to create an invoice a young lady asked me that question so I figured I'd do a video on it uh it will be a very quick video it is not that hard you know I'ma just put y'all on the game real quick I created it lazy I'll say it say that I got y'all but uh yeah y'all let's get right to it come on all right y'all let's get to it so uh what you want to do first is you want to log into Gmail uh once you log into your Gmail uh and in the top right corner my bobble head might be in the way um you'll see Google account and then you'll see the nine dots once you click the nine dots you want to click you want to scroll down and then go to Sheets you want to click sheets uh once you do that you want to click template gallery and then once you click template Gallery you scroll down to work right here click invoice you click invoice and then boom that's it literally there's your invoice you know so you know you put your company name you know your street yeah yeah your city your phone number boom I have made a one right here like invoice LLC we on invoice Street and Philadelphia PA 19134 this is our number 1-800-123-4567 invoice submitted on uh you know invoices four first and last name the company name street address boom we're gonna uh that's payable to us invoice LLC you know that's due next week uh so I do dispatching um which I'm not gonna actually put people's information in here and invoice them but uh so in the description I'll put dispatching uh blah blah blah you know the low was a thousand dollars I make ten percent they owe me a hundred dollars off every little well ten percent off every load I book um so then what I do right here is I'd uh download it Download a pdf and boom can download the PDF export download and PDF and then there goes email it to myself and that's how you create an invoice y'all that is how you create an invoice is literally that easy um you know like comment subscribe turn on the post notifications y'all I appreciate that if you believe in yourself you can achieve anything God bless I'm out yo I just went over the video listening to the zoom recording is my voice really that deep where does Zoom make my voice deep as hell let me know y'all all right y'all
