Probationary PeriodUpon employment, there will be a trial period of two months for both Parents and Nanny to ensure compatibility. This trial period does not guarantee employment for a full two months. Either party has the right to terminate the trial period at any time with or without cause. 3. Scheduled Work HoursNanny’s work hours shall be from _____ a.m. to ____ p.m., Monday through Sunday (optional: with Sunday’s schedule to be from _____ a.m. to ____ p.m. every other week). This schedule may vary. Nanny will be informed of any change of schedule with as much advance notice as possible. 6. Pay Amount and Payment Schedule Nanny shall be paid $__________ /week due each Friday unless a holiday falls on

Agreement the parties shall have no liability for any injury, illness, or death to a child arising out of a nanny's acts or omissions within the scope of employment. 11. Nanny agrees to complete all paperwork and to keep all agreements signed in this agreement with both parties in the event her service ends. 12. Assignment nanny agree she will not attempt to secure assignment to another agency other than those specifically referred to in this agreement; and she will not attempt to secure an assignment for one day or less. 13. Nanny will work for any number of parents as agreed to be the primary nanny or as agreed to by the parents at the trial period in accordance with the terms of this agreement. If she is assigned nannies from more than one agency, at the time of the initial employment she will receive a new identification card, which she will display during her work shift, so her employer has a true and proper id. 14. Nanny shall receive her full salary for each calendar week or portion thereof which ends on a Sunday or holidays, provided the parents make full payment upon termination of employment. If she does not receive such pay, the parent(s) must receive their full compensation due at the time of termination. 15. Nanny shall not accept a salary less than twice her regular rate for a nanny position from any other employer which is not an agency which is also licensed by the if a nanny has to work on sunday or holiday, on such day is the following day, she shall be paid the wage agreed upon by the parent(s) and nanny.
