Assuming you mean something like wordpress, when you say PHP based CMS, this is not possible.Angular is object oriented “framework” written in typescript and transpiled to asynchronous non-blocking JavaScript with redux/ngrx, fetching and setting data via web API. Your site is a bundle of javascript files that doesn’t change, and only has to be loaded once. You’ll have to rebuild your application every time you make changes, while wordpress is a functions based PHP “framework” that is not asynchronous and is very much blocking other requests.In other words, the two technologies are very different, and will not work together. But there are to my knowledge some CMS options for angular 5, if i’m not mistaken.
