through this this is for you to read I'm just going to show you the process of it it's basically all of this stuff you need to read so I'm just going to keep on pressing next next next until I get to this so create your own password contact information from the person who's applying for this that's next okay so you gotta put your contact information first name last name representative your first and last name let's say John Doe is the owner whatever your company address is okay so you're gonna come to this page when you click Next you can choose applicant representative or company contacts so if you already have established company you can choose that company contact if you're just by yourself just choose applicant representative and then put all your contact information we have John Doe applicants so press next does the applicant have a ton of Bradstreet you know if you have one press yes legal business name you app LLC whatever your business name is next if you have a DBA and she's doing business as so let's say your company name is Rea T LLC but you go by doing business as Brazil Auto Transport LLC then you put doing business as Rosa car transport LLC but if it's our eighty LLC doing business as our eighty LLC then you just put our eighty LLC that's just was one example so we're just gonna put new app LLC press next is the applicants principal place of business address the same as application contact address yes if you if you don't impress no for this process we're just gonna put yes doing business business descriptions of principal place of business address if you're working from home then put your home address in there if you have your own place put that place in their mailing address if your mailing address is different then put that in there but for us it's the same thing so for this application we're just gonna put as same as principal place of business okay now business description principal place of business telephone number choose one country so this is your United States random numbers okay and then you can put your fax number here and you can put your telephone number here so for just this application for just this process we're just gonna put one identification numbers that you already applied with your state so California you can apply it for that very easily go to the state west side and you can apply for employee identification number if Department or agency or federal government no business description if you're a sole proprietors partnership limited liability company in California LLC is worth 800 dollars every year that's how much tax you gotta pay it's one of the most expensive states to have an LLC in so just something to know all right so let's go press next ownership and control you're a United States citizen business of drivers with a commercial driving license CDL or valid Canadian license one two or three so we have so if you have a commercial driving license which is very important number one so one will just put one in there what are the number of drivers who will be operating in Canada and Mexico we have if you're doing interested going outside of state and you're doing intrastate what is the number of drivers who will operate as interstate so if you're going outside of state you can also work as inside of state so I just put zero for this because obviously you can be if you're working interstate you can be you can also work as an intrastate so one c dl 0 so you can go back and fix this two to one i guess i don't know where i made a mistake but we're just gonna move on i think you can go all the way to where you're where it talks about the CMV commercial motor vehicles and just put one in there instead of two so for now we're just gonna move on press yes okay so you'll see all of this right here your review press next FMCSA responsibility this is basically talking about your insurance so in the operation of classification section of the application you specify the entity will be transporting property enter intrastate and for compensation will any of this property get transported in a vehicle equal yes so this basically is saying that this is the liability 750,000 and surety bond or trust fund is seventy five thousand to fifty so press click click next affiliation with others FMCSA need to capture some details regarding entity relationship with any other FMC has regulated entities please click next okay we're gonna click next does the applicant currently have or has had within the last three years of the date of filing the application relationship involving common stock common ownership common management common contrition now next next must certify to truthfulness and statements in the applicants are under penalty and perjury so you will certify to this all right guys once you get to the certification page fill this out you have to certify under penalty and perjury that last page that we saw so right here is where I'm going to stop you're about 86% done so after this you're gonna sign up for your MC number which is really easy same stuff that they're gonna be asking you and then you have to pay $300 and once you pay that you'll get a verification and
