Information marked with an asterisk sign has to be filled in mandatorily. It is mandatory to mention the email id in case of application for an E-PAN card.A token number will be generated and same will be sent to your email id (But the same must be noted ). Click on continue with your Application.A new page will appear on your screen. There will be three options asking you how you want to proceed with your application. To apply for E-PAN you must select No to the question “Whether Physical Pan is required?”.
