He stopped using Facebook at all after that, or AOL chat rooms.I gathered it was an ugly break up.I didn't find out until 6 years after that, that he was a narcissist. Until he discarded me for a new supply the exact same way he had done it to the ex before me.That hurts like a sonofabitch let me tell you.

The enraged husband as a result, gave her a divorce - cutting all his liabilities. The judge though ordered a sum of Rs. 25 to be paid to Bano every month for her sustenance.Unhappy with the verdict, Bano applied to the Madhya Pradesh High Court, requesting the monthly payment to increase from Rs. 25 to Rs 179.20 every month. Her husband on the other hand filed a petition in the Supreme Court, stating that she was not his responsibility anymore.The Hon’able Supreme court judges passed a judgement in the light of the religious texts and held the husband accountable for his wife. They ordered him to pay. - 7 years had passed at this point and Bano was 69 years old.There were wide spread protests both for and against the judgement. There were elections round the corner and the ruling party looked at this case as an opportunity.Soon, a new act was brought to the parliament and passed, which nullified the Supreme Court judgement - ensuring that no support money was paid by her former husband to Bano.Shah Bano died in 1992. I have recently applied for the NOC at KR Puran RTO, Bangalore.Overall the process is simple, yet we usually have problems with the documents we need.So just to clarify the procedure of applying for NOC in the Current State (Bangalore in my case), here it is:1. If your bike is Hypothecated, first and foremost get an NOC from the Bank that provided you loan, HDFC charged me 500 INR for this NOC (says loan was cleared).2. Prepare the following documents:3 Form 28, available near RTO. Fill it in original and imprint bikes chasis  number in 2 places on each form using HB Pencil only. Hypothecation NOC certificate from Bank (Optional only if bike was purchased on loan).Copy of valid PUC (Pollution Control) certificate.Copy of valid Insurance of the bike.Original RC book/Card put inside Plastic Zip pouch.Self Addressed envelope (one with thread pasted inside for safety). Stamps as per distance (Bangalore to Gurgaon needed 40 INR stamps)A simple file to hold all these documents, stapled or pinned inside this file (for some reason we do like applications with documents organised neatly).Cash challan for the NOC, as per step 3 and 4.3. Find the Counter for NOC, hand them the above file with all your documents, the person there will verify if everything is in order and write an amount to be paid.4. Go to the Cash counter with this amount, get the Cash Challan/Receipt and attach both the Challans/Receipts inside the file.5. Now hand over the complete file with cash receipt to the concerned person there. They will give you the acknowledgment slip which states you will receive the NOC at the mentioned address on Envelope within 30 days.The process is simple, yet agents charge you more than 5K INR for this. Let me start…the shifts are 12 hours, which mean you have to be clocked in by 6:45 am or pm and you will work until supposedly 7 am or pm, but I promise you will never, ever get out on time, so that means you will be leaving about 8.You will miss out on so many events, because that 3 days a week you have to work is usually chiseled in stone and finding coverage is your responsibility, so weddings, parties, kids school activities, you will miss many of those things.When it is your weekend, you will literally only go home to sleep and turn around and come back, while all of your friends are at the lake or your family is having to do things without you.If you work nights it will be very difficult to get your kids to school, that will fall on someone else. If you work days, you won’t be home until it’s time for your kids to go to bed.Good luck finding a babysitter for these weird hours, just saying.I don’t know any nurses that don’t end up coming in to work extra shifts during the week. Not for the money or because they like to work, but because the unit is short handed and they feel bad about leaving their unit to struggle, so they work extra. If you don’t feel bad, you will be guilted by someone at work (another time I can say, “I promise you”)Holidays? Forget about it. Remember you have to work Christmas day, New Years Day, Thanksgiving day. Hospitals never close.Hurricane, Flood, Fire? You are expected to be at work and there is no room to argue. You live in Houston and the hurricane caused massive flooding and everyone is evacuated, who is expected to stay? Nurses. They have to send their kids to stay with family somewhere, but they are expected to be at work.The work…. It’s really hard to imagine using a jackhammer for 12 hours straight, that would be really hard, and I’m not making light of physical jobs, but nursing is 98% mental. You have x amount of patients that are your responsibility for 12 hours. This means you have to make a plan in the beginning of your shift of how you will make sure that all their meds are given on time, their meals are correct and their dressings or treatments are carried out. You have to know their entire medical history, allergies, what the plan is, who their doctors are, what procedures are scheduled and the preps for those procedures. You have to be prepared for the random Code Blue that pops up in the middle of your shift and screws your whole organized plan up. You have to be prepared for the patient that may die on your shift and all the things you have to do to get the patient ready for the family. You have to educate every patient all day long about their disease, their surgery, their medicine, their discharge plans. I could go on, but you get where I’m going.3 days, 12 hours of this, is mentally exhausting. But, as much as it is, the 8 hour shifts were worse. Once you are already there and working, an extra 4 hours doesn’t seem that bad and the pressure of rushing through 8 hours trying to get everything done, that was horribly stressful. The other thing is that hospitals could rarely keep staff for the 3–11 shift so guess what happened then? We did 16 hour shifts! In the 80’s we did doubles all the time and then came back the next morning. That was truly fun…Edit: The comments to this answer are really amazing. Not currently as i have already left the company and have no plans to join the same in anywhere future.While i was working in Cognizant i was released from the project and had come on bench.My ratings were good and i had also received awards​ from Cognizant before but i wanted to explore more opportunities to learn and therefore i insisted on getting released.On my first day of bench period i went to meet required gwfm team and what they said just hurt me very badly.They told that you have 8 weeks time to get into project or else you will have to resign.They told that you need to search for projects or else you will have to resign.I told them that i need to go to home currently as my family member is hospitalised and again they told me that whatever leaves you will take it will be deducted from 8 weeks time and you will have very less time to get into project.I was taken aback as this was the first time in was on bench and i had no plans to sit around.I requested them but the same response was given.I have never seen any company treat their employees in such manner as there were many times when i stayed till midnight,came on weekends to complete the tasks.By the way i some how got a project and that project was support one. These people told that there are some enhancement and defects fixing are there in project but it was complete L1 and L2 work.As an engineer i never expected to do such kind of work but i accepted the project as i didn't want to resign.After i joined the project i got job in another MNC with better package and purely development work.I resigned.Now as i resigned they are asking me to stay and they are willing to offer me development projects​.Now let me tell you if didn't accept their offer as if a company which cannot support you during your bad times is not at all worth to work for.
