hi I'm Ben from internachi internachi provides a free online agreement system it's a system where which you can send a document that you want read and signed by your client and it's a way to manage all that documentation let's say you have an agreement and inspection agreement before you perform a home inspection well you want to send that agreement document to your client and have them sign it and send it back to you this system handles all that what if you have another document let's say you are providing a refund for some reason to your client well you want a release when you provide that refund to your client so it's a document that needs to be read and signed and agreed to by your client you can do any type of document using the internachi online agreement system let me show you how so let's login I'm gonna go from the home page and a login at the top right corner for members only get to my Members Only account and then I'm gonna scroll down to the left-side navigation and click apps or applications and then there's the online agreement app I'm going to manage that system okay so here's the main area of the agreement system or really it's a document system so right now I want to start a new agreement it's a document of some sort that I want my client to read and sign and I want to manage that transaction through our free online agreement system so here's what I'm gonna do I'm going to go to agreement templates and I'm going to click the button that says create a new template and simply a blank field to enter so what am I gonna put in there ah I'm going to put the release form that's already been written for me by internachi and it's at nazi org slash documents you can also get to the documents through your Members Only account so if I log in it's down at shortcuts and document library okay it's the release that I wanted to use because I'm providing a refund to my client and I want them to release me from all other things so here's the general release for inspectors and this is the agreement I'm going to use and I'm going to simply copy and paste it into that open field in the agreement system and I pasted it so I went to the document library for internachi inspectors I grabbed the release form that's written in plain English and I copy paste it into the agreement template and the template title is going to be release for Big Ben inspections save the template okay that template has been saved so let me go back and let's view all of my agreement templates there it is so I have all these templates that internachi has created for me which are all customizable I can go into any one and edit anything but here's this one I just made for Big Ben inspections now let's use the agreement that just created by clicking new agreements and I'm gonna get this out of the way and bring this one over to simply drag and drop so I have the release for Big Ben inspections right there I'm going to hit continue and I'm gonna enter my clients name I'm Jo client number 3 and my clients email and I'm gonna show my logo my business logo it's the internet C logo you could use your own business logo and I'm going to refund them $50 let's say and scroll down inspector signature that's me and my initials and then that's it your agreement has been created and you can send this URL to your client and when they receive an email remember you typed in their email they'll see that link they click the link and they enter their email and they'll have the agreement and they'll sign it okay so let's see that let's look at my email and I click that and I get to the agreements I'm pretending to be your client I'm entering I simply opened my email click the link I'm going to enter my email address and there it is settlement and general release I the undersigned release you the inspector from any liability yada yada yada cause one in return for this release you have paid me $50 yada yada yada clients initials and your client can actually sign electronically on their computer you can also sign electronically on your device so you can open up your email address and then sign on your device it works on mobile devices as well and then securely sign and that's it your client can also download it as a PDF ok let's go back to your account and I want to view all of my agreements now I'm the internachi inspector I'm using my agreement system and here's Joe client number three has signed on this date at this time and if I wanted to I could PDF it or view it I can turn it into a PDF or I could view it so let's view it and make sure there's there's the thing that's what I sent yep and it's signed by my client now I can send the $50 refund that's how you can use any type of document in the internachi free online agreement system if you have some kind of agreement that you want read and signed between you and your clients you can use the agreement system that we have just by creating any kind of document for you and it's very easy
