I have to actually enter all of the information based on your I.D. and as well as your signature and anything that's on your I.D. will go into here. If you appear to be confused, intoxicated or just lacking any type of mental capacity I can't notarize that document. If you look like you're being coerced oops, not an option. No blank documents please, everything must be completed prior to me notarizing it. And unfortunately I am not an attorney, I did not go to law school at all, therefore as a notary I am not responsible for the accuracy or the legality of the document that I am notarizing.
