What takes six months, takes only a few weeks for us. So that's a magnitude of 10 to 20 times faster. - The customer journey in the Ark begins with our ambassadors handing them an iPad. And inviting them to, sit anywhere in the branch they feel comfortable. When they sit down they start to initiate the transaction and interact with Appian via the iPad. - The biggest impact we've seen so far, which that Appian solution provides, is that customer transactions now are about five times faster. So if you multiply that across an entire day, it's a huge time savings for all of our customers. And for our employees on the back end, it's about three times faster for end of day balancing. So again, if you multiply that across all of our employees, across all the branches, there's massive amounts of time saved, and a lot of money saved as well. - Appian is a partner, it's exposed to many different countries, many different industries, it kind of perspective that I think, that we'll never ever have, because we're in one industry, operating in one country. - We think it's the future, because it's very, very customer focused. It's automated, so a lot of the manual, non value added transactions are gone. It's very secure, it's agile, and it's a really, really great experience overall.
