Frequently asked questions
How do you make a document that has an electronic signature?
How do you make this information that was not in a digital format a computer-readable document for the user? "
"So the question is not only how can you get to an individual from an individual, but how can you get to an individual with a group of individuals. How do you get from one location and say let's go to this location and say let's go to that location. How do you get from, you know, some of the more traditional forms of information that you are used to seeing in a document or other forms. The ability to do that in a digital medium has been a huge challenge. I think we've done it, but there's some work that we have to do on the security side of that. And of course, there's the question of how do you protect it from being read by people that you're not intending to be able to actually read it? "
When asked to describe what he means by a "user-centric" approach to security, Bensley responds that "you're still in a situation where you are still talking about a lot of the security that is done by individuals, but we've done a very good job of making it a user-centric process. You're not going to be able to create a document or something on your own that you can give to an individual. You can't just open and copy over and then give it to somebody else. You still have to do the work of the document being created in the first place and the work of the document being delivered in a secure manner."
How do you sign on pdf?
A- Well, it's a matter of preference. I'd rather have a document with a signature, but I'm a fan of PDF. But I'll sign it myself.
Q- Do you have a favorite movie?
A- That's easy. You said it! "Good Will Hunting."
Q- If you were ever to meet a movie star, who would it be and why?
A- My mom! She's got a nice rack. She'll make it rain for me.
Q- Do you ever feel like you don't have your own life in your head? Do you ever think about it when you're at school or at home or do you think about it when you're sleeping?
A- That depends on what I'm thinking about. Sometimes I forget to eat. If the thought was that I was on a train going to the grocery store when I'd go to the bathroom and I'd be eating cereal. Sometimes I forget to take the dog for a walk, or something like that.
Q- When and why did you become a fan of the show?
A- I was just like every other kid growing up in Wisconsin at that time. I was a fan of anything that was a bit on the edgy. I loved American Graffiti. I loved Back to the Future. I was a huge fan of all those. And there was a show on TV called Happy Days. And I was a huge, huge fan.
Q- Are you still a fan of American Graffiti?
A- Oh, God, yes.
Q- How old are you?
A- Thirty-three.
Q- Do you watch any of the Happy Days?
A- Oh, yes. I watch it all the time. I mean, there's one show that I don't know much about, but I love it. It's called The Golden Girls.
Q- Did you watch the movie with your mom?
A- I did.
Q- Do you watch the movie with...

The new version of the US tax code includes a tax on all US residents' international travel to countries that do not tax such activity. The bill, which is scheduled for a floor vote soon, imposes a 10% levy on those who travel to or spend time in countries with which the US does not have a tax treaty.
The idea is to get money, which is now going out of the country to lower-tax countries, back into the US. But a group of US Senators and representatives, as well as the US Treasury Department's top foreign tax policy official, think this move is a terrible idea for two reasons.
First, they say a 10% tax in a country that doesn't charge an equivalent tax doesn't raise much money.
The Treasury Department's deputy assistant secretary for international tax affairs has told Congress that the tax, which could hit people traveling to New York for a weekend of Broadway shows, would raise less than $30m a year.
The money would go to reducing the US corporate tax rate which is one of the lowest in the world.
"There's no doubt the 10% tax is something that is being talked about and there will be a debate on it," said David Wilkins, senior economist with the Tax Foundation , "but it's not going to be the kind of conversation most are expecting to have."
Mr Bratton is more convinced. In 2014 he wrote a study for the American Enterprise Institute, a right-wing think-tank, arguing that the 10% tax would raise $500m a year.
The US already has a si...
