Its great for what it is. I found it more use personally then I did for business documents. But either way, if you don't need to take information of it for other purposes and its just about completing documents simply. Love it

so the first thing you're going to do is you're going to go to this register portal account okay this is going to be company employee or an Associated company go through the QWERTY usdot number again okay and then pin again [Music] okay so for his username I've been I've been trying to when I'm doing this process I've been trying to convince people to like take it so easy username I'm just starting to force people to do this so just the first initial of their last name our first initial their first name and then their last name it's just way easier to remember um as for the password they rules for this as you can see on the side to the right it's got to include three of these four gotta be a combination of numbers letters special characters in mixed case ok now this system will make you change your password every 90 days so there's gonna be some people that may be like well just choose the same type of password and then just change one character and we'll be fine that's really bad for cyber security so what's better and works better with the Clearinghouse in general is to use a password that's an easy phrase to remember so I'm just gonna go with an A again I recommend that you once you let mr. Singh know about this account that he changes password so I'm just going to make it super easy I'm just going to make it I love trucking with an exclamation point capital i lov and the thing is I'm using spaces I'm using the spacebar as well because that adds another character and that will actually Inc that increases the how to cure the password is for security questions [Music] he's the owner Clearinghouse website this is what it looks like right then when you go to register it takes you to this page where there's login gov you go here login gov you want to create an account the first step of that is including an email address so again when you're following this guide once you get the email address he'll get an email link that looks like this yes sources confirm email address so he'll click that hyperlink okay then he has to create a password just like the password that we created from a portal it's gonna be best to make it a phrase that's easy to remember and the only requirement here is that it has 12 characters so it doesn't require any special characters or numbers um so again a common phrase is easy 99% of people are going to log in this once a year not even once a year like maybe once every four or five years um but so then after they've created a password they'll go to the next step which is creating an authentication mode a second identification step the phone is going to be the easiest and the most common one so just put in all I have to do is put in their cell phone number right and then they'll get texted a security code that six digits okay they'll submit that and then I recommend that they click on remember this browser so their information gets saved then you'll have to do another one now the other one we are basically ready recommending one of two things either an authentication app basically the app will create all you have to do is scan in like for example right so you'll have something like this where you have to add the account when you're doing it on logging that gov it'll give you a barcode or you can just enter the key barcodes can be easier especially if they're a decent cell phone um and then and it'll generate something like this where the name here is going to be login go and this six digit code is going to change I think it's every 30 seconds yeah so with the login Authenticator and again there multiple options there's a Microsoft one what is one coffee there's plenty of options for an Authenticator fun to cater app depending on what the customer wants to use okay that one's guys better for tech-savvy people the other option is if they have another cell phone maybe they put in a personal phone number or maybe they put in their work for a number and they have another cell phone using that as a second Authenticator or worse comes to worse you can do this option where there's backup codes essentially with this one if you select it logon gov is going to generate a document sheet that has ten ten digit codes on it and these are to be used if you can't authenticate with your phone you'll have to pull up that document and then choose one of those codes and pop it in there thing is that you only get ten of them and after you've used them all you need to create a new document and in regenerate ten new codes this is going to be for those people that literally only have a cell phone and they hate this so much that those routers keep a sheet of paper that has it but the Authenticator app is really straightforward I personally use it and it's super easy so after you've done that then you'll go to login gov and login dot gov thing is super easy like this ever all these other like login egg up in a portal are they require all this information and all the texture work for you to basically just clay five buttons so 99% of your people that sign up for this are going to go under employer okay Susa like that and hit next then they'll click YES on the FMCSA portal yes they're also they're still considered employers yes and I'll get to that in a second then you pull up the contact information and again this is just going to be putting in that username and password from the portal they put sign in and then it will pre generate all this contact information you want to put in a phone number they can most don't click click Next then you have to put in the company information if you have more than one company most people don't so they just skip that and then this is where you do the owner/operator step so if you have owner-operators and again this is one in one this is guy one truck one USDOT number you're going to click the US I'm I am an owner operator and then hit next and that's where it'll bring up the clearing out the CCPA thing whereas they're going to put in clean fleet the way that the system is set up currently as soon as you start typing in it'll autofill and right now there are no other companies that have the word clean so as soon as you type the word clean it's automatically going to hold clean pool then we'll just have to click on it and select it once they do that they'll be asked what they want the CPAs to do to your CCPA to do and then for your appliance again we're going to do all three of these so we're going to do report violations report RTD information and conduct queries so they can just leave all three of those checked okay and then last step
