I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

release version two some really cool updates here if you're not already uh have an account on seo reports you can go to seo reports dot agency click to sign up and create a free account uh we do have our proposal generator in the white label dashboard they're 100 free to use for everyone else once you have your account just go ahead and sign in to get started now once you sign in uh you're going to have two tabs here at the bottom proposals and view proposals if you use the proposal generator version one then you will not see uh any data back here this this is where you're going to see your previous proposals once you start generating proposals unfortunately until you submit your first proposal in version two uh you will not see your proposals on the back end here uh once you do that though you will have them back here for access and version two so some quick updates in version two if we go to proposals the first thing you'll notice is that we no longer are putting in our agency information it's actually pulling your company name the email address the company phone number and logo directly from your profile info for your agency so you will not be able to submit the proposal until you have this information set up you can click the button right there and easily insert your logo and any other information that you may need to update i'm gonna go ahead and add that right there real quick and jump back over to proposals and you'll see how we now have our logo in here and the next button is available so we'll go ahead and click next uh here we can go ahead and put all of the proposal information for the company uh that we are quoting so i'll just put company quoting and for their email i'm just going to throw one of my random emails in there a keyword whatever your product service keyword is and then if you've already used version one then you're familiar with the stock images and the custom images custom images allows you to upload specific ranking snapshots competing domains uh technical audit snapshots that'll be put directly into your proposal if you just want to get right through it and have everything generated you could do stock images that just uses a basic example snapshot similar to this geo grid right here so you won't have a geo grid for your client but you'll give an example within the proposal so i'm going to put stock images just to keep this simple and click next now if they have multiple websites then you'll put that here if they have multiple gmbs you can put that there we'll do one website say they have three locations we're working on and let's say we're quoting them uh 3 500 a month uh now you can also take your paypal link uh and put that right in here i'm just going to go ahead and throw my website in there but if you have a paypal link if you have a gravity form with a payment link anything like that whatever they need to sign up sign the contract make payment get started this is where you want to put that so then we go ahead and click submit and now it's going to generate the proposal for us as you'll see here it's going to generate it it's going to email us at our assigned email address and then we have here continue to proposals and view proposals so if we click on continue to proposals we can go back and generate another proposal and you'll see it brings us right back here if you were to click view proposals it'll bring us to the view proposal section now when i click on this once the first proposal is generated it will add that information back here you can see up here company quoting project roadmap here's a previous one that i had generated now you can click on this open it up we have all of our slides right here you can go through make any edits or changes but everything should pretty much be customized already with our price in here number of websites gmb's our payment link is available and so on uh if you want to of course export this you can go over here you can email it download it as a pdf make any edits you want and so on at any time you want to come back and review previous proposals they'll all be available here in your view proposal section and of course when you're ready to make your next proposal all your information is already in here you're all set to go on and make another one
