Add autograph invite

hi this is Peter from recognize so we often get the question on how how do I add and invite my users so this is I'm gonna show a really great technique that can come in come in handy I either at the beginning when you're getting started or at any time really first thing we're gonna do is create a roll and we'll see why that is gonna come in handy in just a second I'm gonna call it Peters invites just to be clear about this roll create the roll we see that there at the bottom so I'm going to now go into our accounts page so it's it's good to split it up ad rather than adding inviting at the same time we're going to add the accounts first and so I'm going to do bulk edit and add user and we're going to add an I'm going to add another user and we'll say it's Larry Ross Mary yeah okay and I'm going to save that okay so the two accounts see that the two accounts are created I'm gonna say it done and now I'm going to find Erin and I'm going to give him a role of Peter's invites and I'm gonna do the same thing for Mary - Mary's here okay and your invites after doing this with a lot of users you can just sort by ID and you'll see that the most recently added users right there this way you can kind of just go right through and add the roles okay so now we've got two users that have the roles Peters invites so now I'm going to invite them and you'll see before I do that you'll see that we have pending invite status I can go here and click send invitation email that's one way of doing it but rather than if you're doing a lot of users rather than clicking that email we're gonna use the send email function and so now this is a really great tool for sending for educating with your users and you can identify who you want to send the email to in a number of ways I'm just going to explain those real quick so the pending tab here will send an email to everybody who has not yet signed in so there are a number of pending statuses and recognized which is pending invite or invited by recognition so this will identify all those users who have not yet signed in but instead here maybe I maybe I just want to invite just the people that I've added right now that's why I gave them a role because now I can target them I can say Peter's invites and now I can customize the email and I can send it out and now those users will be invited into the platform
