I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Signing documents with airSlate SignNow is straightforward. Find a document from the library of templates or upload your own. To add a signature, simply upload or find a document, add a signature field (the Signature Field element), assign the element to a signer, and send it to the signer. Once the signer receives it, they have to click on it, choose Edit, generate an eSignature and click Sign. As soon as they finish, you’ll receive an automated notification and a copy of the executed document.
