back and claim the taxes that were withheld from you to make the settlement okay okay if you paid them out of your back pocket or somebody else pick those up and paid for then basically that lien for those taxes should be set off actually if they don't buddy now if somebody came in and paid like $1 for those taxes and the county took that dollar and they see that guy turned around and is working over as an attorney in their Dale system they see you have an outright claim of fraud that you can go in and put in against that person how did he get that they took that from you okay okay so I go a fraud after the bank who took it and go after the state for the taxes that I paid you okay got it now basically and you can go after with the oid against the bank for not giving you the payment ah for paying for the property and then they see with your hiring contract the state was supposed to be paying the bill yes they never paid you your pay your hire they hired your property and they never paid the hotter and can I charge the make a counterclaim on the bank for taking them for the probe al you of the problem have to figure that one out yourself you're going to have to a reality you need to go after the County Treasury or the State Treasury or the court or of a see after the bank okay okay you have to try and figure that out or pay ski you just sort of let that slide you put that into
