[Music] hi everyone in this tutorial i'll be showing you how to make a cocoa melon themed invitation using canva we are also sharing a blank cocoa melon invitation template in our facebook group so head over there if you want the copy we will also add timestamps below so you can skip to the part on how to add text to the cocomelon template if you like our videos don't forget to subscribe like and hit the bell button open the canva app and choose invitation portrait [Music] click blank [Music] click on the plus sign on the lower left then go to uploads i've already uploaded cocomelon characters and patterns on my phone but to do that you just need to download from the internet then add it to the app by tapping on upload media add the watermelon patterns and resize [Music] accordingly [Music] do [Music] add the cocoa melon characters [Music] the cocoa melon logo that i downloaded didn't have a transparent background so i erased it using the background eraser app open the background eraser app and load the photo [Music] use the auto feature then tap on the background to automatically erase it change the bg color so you can clearly see if there are any other parts to clean or erase use the magic feature and drag the cursor along the sides of the image to erase the remaining white parts [Music] i cropped the cocoa melon text eventually but let me still show you how i clean this part in case you need to do it in designing your own invitation [Music] [Music] i miss deleting the areas inside the letters so i'll just switch back to the auto feature hold your cursor move it to the area to be erased then release the cursor [Music] [Music] click done and then save [Music] click on the plus sign on the lower left then go to uploads upload the cocoa melon logo [Music] click on the plus sign again and add other elements to your design canva has a lot of available elements on the app so you don't have to download everything from the internet [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] to change the color of the dashed lines you just select it then go to color i really love canva because it already suggests colors based on the other elements in your design i want to use the colors of the rainbow that we added so just click on see all and you will be able to see and use the rainbow colors as well [Music] click on the plus sign again and go to text i'm adding the celebrant's name letter by letter because i want the letters to be in different colors choose the color that you like and again i click on see all in order to view and use the colors of the rainbow picture that we added [Music] go to effects and tap on shadow [Music] duplicate the...
