hello so welcome to my channel so just erm opened up a Word document which is a anti-bribery Act 2010 and I just want you to show you today how to insert page numbers and to create a border this document has 18 pages as you can see in the bottom left corner one of 18 pages and I'm on the top page and so on as you can see there's no page number so many of these documents so what I would like to just show you is how to insert a border and how to insert page numbers so first of all I'll show you how to do I'll insert the border first so if you go for top tab probably on Home tab so what we want to do is go across to design and insert a border page or page borders click on it just once and then decide what kind of body you would like 3d custom shadow or a box or just have a box and I'll have inline i let u change the color of the Vinland and fitness what I might do is just make it thinner and also you can actually add arch here if you want any art I'm gonna leave that as a nun yes this is a formal document press ok and wallah this is how it shows and all the way down and now I would like to show you how to insert pages because on this document and any other document you would like to do you know page number is quite essential so you know where to go so if you just go on to insert scroll across to page number press the little arrow on the bottom and decide where you would like the page number to be on the top for the page or the bottom of the page on the left or the right or in the middle so you just decide where you'd like him as I've got a border I just want to have an idea what would look better ideally probably on the bottom and I would like to know how many pages in total I have as well at the same time so I would probably do something like this page 1 of 1 you select it there is what you can also do is highlight the whole the whole font and you can change it by going to the Home tab and changing the font if you want it to go with your document so we'll make this Times New Roman put it 10 so as you can see it's just below the border now you can go to design and close the header and footer which is a head and foot at the top and bottom as you can see of the document or you can just double click in the middle of the document and this highlights and then if we go down you will see where it shows the page number and this will show on every single page so one of 18 - of 18 4 of 18 4 of 18 and so on I hope this has helped you and thank you very much for your time
