hi my name is Tito and I'm without dental act today I'm going to be walking you through the steps necessary to create a template for a sign first things first let's sign into our account business professionals are frequently sending documents to clients that require signatures in the same locations to help streamline this process we've created a feature that allows you to create templates for specific documents so once you're logged in let's get started we're going to be clicking on assign templates on the left from your starting page this can also be accessed from the drop down menu under your email address on the top right corner of the screen once we are in the e sign templates page we will click create a template for the purpose of this test we'll name it home one application will describe the document application for a home loan and we will insert the number of signers we want on this document to will click on choose a file we will select the document that we need and press next the next step will be to add signature fields for each signer from the drop-down menu near the top let's select the first signer we'll click add a signature we'll put it anywhere we want it if we need a date we'll click on the cogwheel click Add field signing date and put that where we need it as well we'll repeat that for as many signers as we need on the document once we have added all the signature fields that we need we will scroll all the way to the bottom and press next we will review the information and if all is correct we will click finish once our assign template is created let's test it out once we have entered the intended recipients the subject and body of the email we will click assign once we have entered the name for the e-sign package and the first and last name for each signer we will select the template and click Next in the preview template page we will verify that each signer is designated to the correct field if you need to switch a signer we will click the cogwheel click signer and select the correct signer for that field once each signer is assigned to the correct field we will click Next and finish you've now successfully created and used your first assign template if you have any questions concerns or issues please contact us at support at a dental comm thank you
