hello everyone and welcome to Camp Felix my name is Jane Feyder-Siegel and I'm the program director of Camp Felix in this video I'm going to walk you through the process of filling out a camper application online each camper has to have the online application 100% completed in order to be registered for Camp the best way to fill out this application is for the parent or guardian to sit down with their case planner and work on it together if the case planner is not available please contact me and I can arrange for someone else to assist you will need access to a computer or a tablet or smartphone in order to fill out the application you will also need a printer in order to print out the doctor forms that the doctor has to complete so let's begin the online application process the first step is to open your internet browser once you open your browser you're going to type in app dot camp doc.com slash register slash camp felix this is the registration link for all participants the Welcome page will open up and you will simply click sign up at the bottom in order to get started the next page will ask you to enter your email address confirm that email address create a password and confirm that password once you've entered all of this you can click continue make sure you write down your password somewhere for logging back in after you hit continue you will be directed to enter the parent guardian name phone number and mailing address this should be whatever parent or guardian the child is currently living with the next page will ask you to enter camper information so you will put in the first name middle name last name and the date of birth of the camper and click continue after you click continue you will be directed to the registration page so now we're on the registration page this is where you would register for a camp session on the left you will see a button that says add new participant this is the button you would press in order to add information about a sibling who's also attending camp we're going to walk you through that a little bit later on the right side you see a button that says register for a new session we're going to click on this button in order to register this camper for a camp session here you will see all the camp sessions listed and the dates all the way on the right on the top you will see it says please sign up for a maximum of two sessions from the list below so every camper can sign up for up to two sessions I'm going to select session 1 and session 2 and click continue the next screen will show me that the camper is registered for session 1 and session 2 you don't need to pay...
