good afternoon everyone welcome today we are going to go over group bookings on carnival cruise line my name is krista wiley i am a double gold uh rising tide elite um i have been in the business going on um almost two years now you guys probably know me a lot from all of my cruise training um cruising is really my passion um i love cruising i love booking cruises i love everything about cruises um and so um i wanted you guys to have this because if you guys have questions at any point please please please let me know um what i am sharing with you is from a class that i was able to attend with drew santiago um our business development manager um on tips and tricks um when it comes to booking crew group cruises absolutely sean absolutely um you guys if you guys have any questions as we go along with this please make sure to ask me the questions uh give me one second let me go ahead and share my screen all right so we are going to go to ghost ccl let me get this up here um one of the one thing that i do want to um let you guys know when you guys are in the group booking side of things um it is very important for you guys to know that you are not allowed to touch other people's group bookings when you guys go into individual bookings you may see um you guys might have already seen that it'll show you other groups you are in no way allowed to touch those groups please do not under any circumstances book your people under those groups unless you are doing a um a group booking with someone that would be the only time that you that you can do that but please don't do an individual booking and book them into a group um it messes everything up it can confuse a lot of things so please please please make sure you don't do that um another common question that a lot of people have is group bookings do do people do i ha does everybody have to know each other the answer is no you guys can create a group and then you guys can advertise it so um something that i did and it was actually one of my cookbooks i got cancelled was i actually was doing a girls trip so i advertised the group as a girls trip so basically all these people from all different walks of life um girls women right we're booking on this group so that way they could have that right girls like to have girls trips guys like to have guys trips um you guys could put together a couples group um you know some people will do ems first responders so you guys could do groups with like-minded people but not necessarily people that...
