in the last video we went through creating a quote in setting a callback reminder today you'll learn how to turn a quote into a catering order you'll start by going to your contact list and finding the customer next you'll go back to your quotes tab once you find the quote that you want to turn into an order you'll go to the right and select view / edit quote you'll see a pop up of the quote and at the top is an option to choose a function you'll go to the last option and select convert this quote to an order the quote information will pop up and you'll have the option to change any information if you need to you can change the date or time or you can add special instructions let's say the customer wants to add canned soda to the order you're able to add that to the original quote by scrolling down selecting this green plus sign that says add item and then you'll simply find the item that you want to add in this case canned soda you can add any special instructions for the item and in quantity you'll put the number of people the item is for when you're done editing scroll down to the bottom instead of creating a quote like last time you'll select place your order once the order is placed an email will be automatically sent to the customer and you'll have an option to set a callback reminder just like with a quote select save reminder and this will show up on the calendar you'll go to the date of the order press the organization's order name in this case the customers organization is Metro schools and you'll be able to view the ticket if you click at the bottom you'll be able to see more details
