hey good morning guys we're having a good day if I'd go through this visually and also get you back since I had to do the very nice video that you did very very professionally with and put myself on video so we could go head and almost work on this one way or another if I look at like you could fall on this thing I owe it to since we went ahead and did those great rough drafts for the video so those I'm scrolled down here I'll can highlight the different areas that I'm thinking definitely would be very very valuable but also some of the highlights of areas that are where the summary and the information that we're providing for the guests or the potential clients within the questionnaire and within the different drafts that we have or the different PDF kind of gifts if you will with the online presence how those come into it and it really helped to fill out the catering contract that much easier so it's gonna be a little bit long but at the same time there's really only bits and pieces of this thing at the end of the day that will really need and thankfully that really does become a long one that just means that that's essentially going to be our all-inclusive package where they're getting pretty much everything and basically a top dollar type of cater clients so for the most part this stuff is pretty you can feel free to read through this but basically this is saying of course it's starting at the beginning here that this is us and the caterer and they're going to be the company as I can't put here on the notes here just to kind of remind myself so feel free I'll keep that out for you guys if you want to and feel free to delete anything that says notes with a couple stars by it go down here and this essentially says that we are acting as a independent contractor for the company or a client at the particular event so so as you find out what where the event is gonna be you're exactly what the event is such as wedding for so-and-so that's exactly where you're gonna put that then kind of scrolling down here this is where it really gets into the nuts those what we're going for this would be the responsibility section now because this part is rather long this is exactly why we're going to incorporate a summary section for both you as well as the client to make sure everything is as simple as possible smooth and clear at the end of the day of what we're going to be responsible for and also if there's anything that they are supposed to provide that would be in here sell it again have the location or events this can be entered in there some of these things are also why...
