E signature christmas gift certificate

[Music] shawna [Music] okay if you're trying to be a remote notary there's three things you must have one you must be able to have a electronic signature a electronic steel and then a digital significant i'm going to show you real quick how to get all three of these things first things first a e-signature something you can actually get for free if you go to like docusign you if you sign up with them for free boom e-signature uh i'll even walk you through basically how it goes real quick right there or if i'll put it on the screen i don't even know when it comes to the e-signature uh i don't think i mentioned is that whatever company you sign up with whether it's like notarized notary cam notary live notary one us blah blah they're going to provide you with a signature so that's not really something you have to even focus on so uh yeah but then the third thing the second thing you need is a e seal now the e still is something either you can buy or you can make yourself it's up to you if you can make it yourself go for it check every uh make sure you check the laws in your state make sure you get it just right make sure you make it if you do make it yourself make it right it could be in a pizza form it can be a jpeg form just make sure you do it right so you go to places like the nna and buy your e-seal however if you go and buy the seal from the nna you'll notice that the seal is not compatible with some remote notary lock websites there are also places where you can buy it like i think there's a site called acorn or whatever there's different places you could buy you just got to find it if you want to make it yourself you can always like say if you see right here you can search on google the uh still within your state so for instance for this example i picked florida cool i saved that picture to my computer then what i do is go to pixlr.com pixrl.com and pixlr is basically a free online editing photo editor you can use it to edit thumbnails pictures photos or what we're doing now this uh ecl so what you do is paste that e-cell right there and i don't know how much they have it on the screen but paste it on the screen bam bam boom like [Music] [Music] crop out or hide the original uh person's name commission number and all that and in place put your commit name commissioner make sure it is uh the seal in your state i use the example of florida just to pick some random one i'm in texas put your your name your commission id number and your commission expiration date uh save it as either jpeg or pdf bada bing bada boom there you go you have an esl uh then we're gonna then the last thing you want to do is a digital certificate now you're like oh i plan to be a remote notary for say like notarize.com if you go to notarize.com then you'll notice they'll be like okay yeah you want to sign up first off it's only available in four states so hopefully it's available in one of your states but if you go there they're going to be like hey you need a digital certificate you're like okay cool but then to say oh it's going to be 99 you're like dang 99 fine i guess if i'm gonna do this here's the thing thing is is that notarized.com is an associate or an affiliate or partner with hiding trust so their goal is to get you to be to sign up with i didn't trust for as long as possible meaning when they when they say it's 99 they're putting you into a two-year service category you don't have to do it for two years you might not even like it after the first year and realize you don't want to do it so the way around this is to go to id trust directly go to their digital sales go to buy digital sales and what you're going to do is it really doesn't matter which category you pick just if you want to pick notarize pick notarize say if you sign up with notarize.com and you're going to pick the unaffiliated basic insurance or something like that click next then you're going to pick the one-year term instead of two-year term because the two-year term is the one to 129 12 dollars while the one-year term is like only 60 bucks 62 and bam then what you do from there is i think it's another skipped about another screen about how to apply or whatever the process you press next you fill out all your information put your uh name number address blah blah blah your credit or debit card information and buy the digital certificate for only one year which is only like anywhere between 59 to 65 instead of that hundred dollars they're trying to trick you into buying and i am done those three things that's how you get it that's how you do it as done [Music] son [Music]
