Add collector initials
hey guys I rejected my desk collector and it works awesome now the key to success is for me anyway is the super dust deputy from Anita that's the extra-large version because it has two six-inch Schwartz so um it was still not an easy task to get it all assembled and installed and I'll let you take a look at how that one do you you you you you so that's how that I went down I used it like that for a day and then it started clogging up and my best collection bag started filling up with all of the chips so I knocked the old set up about and a bunch fell through so I knew that this was fine um so I had to change that I had a 5 inch port going to a four inch port and then into the can which didn't work because what I was using just stopped up the UM the chips and dust so I had to just go five inches all the way down so I had to use a gallon of duct tape like a roll or to a roll and a half of that tape as well because none of the fittings actually fit together perfectly and that's just how it is so the motor is mounted on the top and this like I said in the last video is the Harvard rates like a $200 dust collector but it has 13 hundred CFM whatever the suction is 13-under which is really good but immediately out of the motor was a division so it had a double four inch ports which if you reduce immediately to four inches right off the motor you're reducing your section tremendously so I had to take off with a head on there and build my own um out of wood and PVC pipe a little a six inch port so I could go six inches all the way and then reduce to four inches at my machines so it works great the only the only problem that I have is I need some six inch flexible pipe and why is it's so expensive you can only buy it I can only find it in 10-foot or longer lengths and the cheapest that I can find is $80 and I need 18 inches so help me out if you if you know how to get that because I currently have a six inch PVC pipe going from my cyclone to the garbage can which makes it somewhat difficult to actually change the grout again I could cut this and raise that up on or something but I'd rather just have a little bit of flexible pipe I can't get any the other thing that I would totally invest in is a remote control this is the long Ranger 3 and I bought it off of Amazon but I can turn on my desk collector anywhere in the shop or even farther away if I wanted to if I could go back I'd spend the 250 dollars and buy that and not waste the 7 days trying my own thing but you know had to try it and so I wasted 7 days and spent 250 dollars but what are you going to do hey guys and back hey guys is it on to everything on you just made yourself Albert Einstein I got my desk collection system work was a pain in the ass I can say that on YouTube cause it's my channel
