[Music] hi everyone Heather here at I'm Club today I'll be showing you how to add an employee to your time clock there are two ways to add a new employee the first is a quick add option this can be useful if you just hired a new employee and you'd like to quickly begin tracking their hours without designating all of their settings on the top right of your dashboard you'll see a person icon with a plus sign click it to open the employee quick add window here you can enter their first name last name username password and email address also if you click on this check box the system will automatically send your new employee their login credentials they'll also receive a link to your time clock specific sub-domain so that they can log into their dashboard themselves if you would like to add another user you can click Save and add more users or just click Save the second way to add an employee is through the employee tab which you can access from the left side of your dashboard here you can enter the employees information [Music] once you're finished you'll have an option to save and finish setting up the employee's account in our account you can change an employee's profile settings including attributing a profile color for color coding uploading a profile image and editing contact information such as address phone number and emergency contact information the employee can also access their profile settings when they log into their own dashboard but they won't have access to change any of their permission settings once you're finished with this tab click on save and next to go to the next tab in the employees account settings when adding a new employee using the quick add function you'll want to make sure that you finish completing their profile and settings through the employee tab their name will be listed in your Employee List so that's how you can add an employee to your time clock if you have any questions you can always click the question mark at the top of your dashboard for tutorial you can also contact us with a chat window on the bottom right monday through friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time thanks for watching and have a great day
