[Music] [Applause] i applied here with the intentions of getting a second job so i came in here i thought i would work like nine to five and go and go to the clinic from like six to midnight long story short i quit the clinic in like two days of being employed here i struggled the most with my patients so i wasn't patient with myself i was a big perfectionist and whenever i made a little mistake i would beat myself up for it so guys that's like the big advice for you guys do not do that to yourself don't sabotage your own success don't sabotage your growth if you make a mistake it is okay you will wake up tomorrow your family's gonna wake up tomorrow life goes on continue to grow don't spend three days in the bed beating yourself up like if you like if you throw a zero man just like get fed up and like make sure you don't do it again don't go out there doubting like can i influence anybody or anything of that sort like don't don't do that to yourself i did that to myself for like my first two months here and it hindered me you know when i came into the business i didn't really know what to expect i followed the cells roll and i saw my first assistant director promotion they're like yeah this gentleman's going to go on to run an office and and open up with a client soon and i was like wow this is real i don't know you wanted to do seven but you did six like i don't know it's not the end of the world like tomorrow's gonna come either way so therefore i'm gonna look at everything positive because if i focus on my negative or all the negatives that happened that day that's gonna carry on carry on carry on carry on you're anxious in the situation and you like got unanxious like i think and you say hey like good job man i don't have to have these like crazy talents or education or experience to do our business she takes care of what needs taken care of right i've never showed up to this office or been on a call that really wasn't on the call and i remember she said she was in law school and she was a college basketball player and she had mentors and coaches and she said she was she was a hustler man just come in here have some fun change your situation change your life ask questions be a student and just like connect with people like the way you view yourself like guys you talk to yourself more do you talk to anyone else [Music] you
