the auction flex easy navigator breaks an auction into three sections we have pre auction where you create your consigners auction setup where you create your auction and it's auction listing auction Lots and preview where you can drop in preview images for your non cataloged auction and upload auction to Internet where you can upload your auction to your own private label auction calendar you can also upload your auctions to third-party sites such as auction guy auctions zip auction look and auction guide our auction day forms allow you to check in your bidders and print their bid cards Clerk the auction check out your bidders and invoice them post auction allows us to run tax reports countdown your cash drawers pay your consigners and print settlements and run any back-office auction summary reports we'll start by creating a consignor we do this through the customer center where we select new customer add a new customer record and give this consignor an easy-to-remember consignor code we fill out all the pertinent information at our Commission by hitting the percentage button on the left hand side where we can set a specific commission that's outside of our default action flicks can calculate Commission's by each item by invoice line item or by the total for the consignment order we can also create structures of sliding-scale commissions incremental commissions and flat in this case we're going to use a flat Commission of 20% now that we have our consignor entered we can go to select new and create a new auction we can name that auction and we can set its and toggle the tax on and off now the price went down to 190 250 if I hit add receipt choose cash and enter the tendered amount auction flex will tell you how much to return to the buyer let's invoice his last bit in this case we're gonna add a receipt and he's gonna pay us by a MasterCard last four and the expiration date to invoice Jane we select her record invoice all bids we see the alert to take cash only and we can go to her invoice where we can edit the price edit the tax remove items or edit the description of the item we're gonna select cash and hit done our post auction reports our invoice summary reports this is our tax report which will show that we have three hundred and fifty two dollars and non-taxable thirty three dollars in taxable 385 in taxable plus non-taxable and we collected two dollars and six cents in tax for a gross of 387 all of our reports can either be run auctioned by auction or by all auction and by date range the invoice receipts report is our cash to our countdown we should have three hundred and fifty two dollars in cash and 3506 and MasterCard to pay our consigners we go to pay consigners select our auction and highlight our consignor we can see that Tom consignor should be at twenty percent commission if we need to edit his record in any way we can double click on this record go to Commission make any changes even after everything's been invoiced and add in the expenses our settler courts come in many different varieties including full detail with auction information with sprint which prints a lot number the lead the invoice sale price the Commission we pulled out the total quantity of items the invoice sale price less expenses less Commission and what we owe the consignor we can also pay consigners by cheque we can enter the settlement report we can see payment to consignor on check number 101 of 240 750 auction flex will keep track of everyone that owes you money buyers and everyone that you owe money to your consigners your auction summary reports are a nice snapshot of what happened in the auction we have our buyers premium plus our expenses plus our commission for a total profit of a hundred and thirty seven dollars on this auction once again any of our reports can be run either by auction or for all options by date range if we select buyer we can see we sold seven items for a total of 350 dollars we've
