hello this is Ryan Gibbons of the Gibbons team with exp realty and I'm going to go through the new way of using zip forms and sky slope to get a contract signed so recently the sky slope has ended their partnership with zip forms so this will be a new way of getting documents signed for a contract so I have another video that shows you how to create a template in zip forms so if you have that template set up you can simply go to new new purchase or offer and I am just gonna call this test because this isn't a real transaction and I'm gonna apply the residential template so if you have a template it will automatically put that in there by our contract and this has all of the documents that I need to get signed for a new buyer contract so what you will need to do is now you have these documents in here and if we click on documents it will show the documents that I need here in the state of New Jersey so I have a contract CIS wire fraud attorney general and this great thing here the transaction cover sheet and the first thing that I would do is go to your cover sheet and I have actually filled in all of my selling broker information because on entire contract I'm always gonna be the selling broker and you can go in here and you can put in the information on your buyers and any information that you would like to have in there so I'm just gonna put a little bit and hit save and then I can go back and now I want to follow the contract so if I go in here to the contract see of this zfx this is actually a fillable document here so if I go in here to this contract I can now go in here and look at that I already put in buyer one buyer to the stuff that I put in there and I can put in all of the information that I would need for this contract and you'll see that all these forms that I need to fill in are fillable so I can fill the whole contract out see everything that I need is fillable so I can go through here hit save and then what I can do is I can save this as a PDF on my device it's safe and I can download this onto my computer so we're gonna save that close and then we're gonna go over here to sky slope okay I've logged in already and I can just go right here two digits I'm create a new envelope no property because I don't have the contract signed yet so we're gonna go to new property or no property I'm sorry and now I'm going to upload that document so here it is and since here we have a template that we can use so I'm just going to type in contract and this is a contract of sale from zip forms buyer so that's what we want to do and apply hit done next I need to fill in this information to be able to move forward I'm just making up information and that's it so I have me by r1 by r2 that need to sign they all have email addresses and I can click Next and now this will automatically know that this is where buyer one needs to sign or I need to sign and then it will have the initials on the bottom of every page for buyer 1 and buyer two to sign okay and then I would click send I would type in a subject and a message to these buyers click send for signatures and this will go off to them to get any signatures and then I can send this off so it is a slightly different process than what we have used before but if you use the templates and the opportunities here within zip forms you will be able to now just fill it out in zip forms bring it over two digits on to get signed and then your documents will be in digits I'm and sky slope for submission to the company hope this was informative and if you have any questions leave me a comment have a great day
