those soldiers this is Stefan Freeman again with another military tutorial this tutorial is going to be on how to access IES the evaluation history system this is mainly for NCOs and junior NCOs who have never accessed the EES system for those of you who don't know what the EES system is it is when we enter all of our evaluation reports of the officers they enter their officer evaluation reports and anonymous officers enter their NCO ers in the EES system it's a big improvement of when I first came in we were doing it on the paper on papers and we had to upload it to HR SC but now the army is improving with technology and they have created the EES system Dorota 4s to speed up the processing of the EEO base the NCO Yara excuse me and getting them updated and HRC now multiple ways to get to the EES system I'm going to shake show you by 10 user to 8:00 a.m. so all right you will click on the address bar type in HTTP colon slash slash wwws the army will all right you look like ourselves on the banner and then you can log in with your cat or you can click that I don't have a cat /p IV and login with your username and password I have a cat so I'm going to log in with my cat [Music] all right we've got a prompt you to select the certificate that you need I'm gonna split the certificate like okay [Music] then they're going to prompt you to enter your PIN now you have to wait once you have logged in into the AKL portal then you'll have to scroll down on the right hand side a funder or me link subtitles scroll down to what you see the blue link that there E is evaluation entering system click on it it's going to prompt you the lender certificate again [Music] wait on the load Apple tries it takes a while would simpler comes up and once it loads you may see this notice I encourage you to read this in its entirety because sometimes it has messages on when the EES system is not related or any type of glitches that may be going on with the system if you read just prior to like it in you'll be able to know what glitches may be occurring in the system and it won't shock you when you start inputting data and you can't so it's always good to just go ahead and read this beforehand so that you won't be caught off going and click the aknowledge button after you read it all right read the time of usage and click the I agree and set the times [Music] all right now you are inside of the evaluation entry system inside of here you have a lot of optional officers have their options listed right here on the Left NCOs have their office listed right here in the middle and there's other tools that you have available I'm not going to go in depth on each section of the AES system in this tutorial right here I'm probably going to do some tutorials later that will explain more on the AES system but right now this was just to show the junior SEO or the SEO that may not have rating any soldiers and now have gotten soldiers up under them that need to create a valuation report you need to know how to access the certain four I wanted to show everyone how to access the system and I encourage all soldiers whether you have something underneath you or not you're going to one day be a SEO if you're not already so I encourage all soldiers to gather all the knowledge that they can on this system because it's yours a very important when it comes in feel NCOs and NCO yard are very important when it comes to your military career ncoer one of the main things and they look at when it comes promotions when it comes to selecting individuals for special tour deployments and a lot of different things so you should make sure that you have all the information that you can on the NCO your process and en because it's where you're going to be creating and editing your NCO yard to the plethora of information internet that tells you about the new ncoer process and EES but like I said I plan on creating additional tutorials to help mitigate some of the problems that NCOs come across when they are inside of the EES system so you can continue to follow me and my channel receive more information on the EES system as I post it but right now this is just an intro to show you how to get there but all means you can go through it and check out some of the features on your own you can't really mess anything up I learned a lot of things that I know about the EVs I'm just going into playing around and now I'm pretty proficient in it so go ahead and as you get done watching this video see if you can navigate to it on your own and go through a couple of the links and see if
