I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

hello and welcome to another quick training tutorial now in this walkthrough I'm gonna show you how our new email system works with the client dispute manager now this new internal email system is gonna save you a boatload of time and it's gonna make your life so much easier but first let me show you exactly where all the action happens you go to settings manage emails and right here is kind of like the engine of the system this is where you have all your automated templates which you can edit and modify and write your own text if you want and this is where you have all your manual particulars again you can edit these emails modify them and write your own text if you choose okay now here is where you can change but email where you don't have to use our internal email anymore you can actually change it to use your own personal email or your own company now you can also use your own company's name as the sender's name and you could make all those changes right here now if you go over to customers this is exactly where you trigger the manual emails so if you want to send an email out to a customer you can trigger that email here we have a welcome email well credit analysis is complete email we have a credit analysis interview an email we have the dispute process email which basically explains to your customer to just be processed we have a proof of identification request email credit score improvement email now this email is triggered when there is some improvements in your customers credit score and you want to let your customer know that you can send this Eagle here and it will show the current credit score when they first started and it will also show the current credit score for that date and it will also show the improvement for that credit score rebuild your credit products email it has a list of rebuild your credit products that you can send to your customer why is it taking so long email basically when your customer calls up and say why is it taking so long to restore my credit you can sit on that email can't login to the client tracking portal email billing payment is due email customer cancel service email we cancelled your service email monthly billing started this is when they start your monthly bill no credit card information email insufficient funds email expired credit card email and valid credit card amount five days to cancel email placing their account on hold email and are you still interested email so all of these emails are manually triggered all right so let's go over to some of the automated emails if we play this mute here now in the credit score section like I said you want to send your customer your credit score updates you can trigger the credit score trigger email and it will basically send them this information right here down every single time you prepare a new dispute realm for your customer weathers for the credit bureau the creditor collector or the response section and it doesn't matter how many disputes you add every single time you prepare a dispute realm you will trigger an email automatically to send out your customer and your customer will get an email and it will list every single item that's in dispute now this is very powerful because this email is telling you customer what your disputing let me give you an example so let's go ahead and pick a letter here so we're gonna do three we're gonna just view three right and that's what the credit bureau we can do the same thing for the creditor and i'm just doing random disputes here alright and let's go to the collector change up dispute reasons get a letter here alright so let's go back to credit bureau and let's go ahead and click print here and let's go back so we're gonna put them all in the cube to show you exactly what I'm talking about let's click print that's the creditor alright and that's going to get the collector print so basically you're gonna tell your customer right now right and this is all automated that you're going to be disputing all these accounts for creditor and collect so your customer will get three emails one email will say that you're disputing with the credit bureaus the email will say that you're disputing with the creditor the other email will say that you're disputing with the collection agency this go ahead print they're just gonna load up a little bit now normally you would just let it print but for demonstration purposes only we're not gonna print let's cancel and I'm gonna hit yes to move it to the archive okay so it's processing all right so this is the email this is the pop-up box that is going to generate the email accounts and dispute email has been sent to your customer so your customer will receive emails letting them know exactly which accounts are in dispute and you don't have to do anything if that's not powerful I don't know what to tell you now let me show you one more powerful thing that's gonna blow it away let's go back this view now this is the results section say for example your customer sent you an updated credit for name they have deletions right and for example let's go ahead and pick one of these and let's just say all three of these items were deleted from the credit report it's good update all right great and you want to send this deletion report to your customer all right so you just select there and you click send email look at that deletion results have been sitting so now your customer just received an email showing all other deletions that you got for that particular customer this is a very powerful feature okay so that will complete this quick walk through for the email system again we have individual training videos that will focus on how to change their internal email system to your company email and also
