good morning everybody hope you are all well uh today i want to go over the new quote templates from hubspot which are absolutely amazing and show you one of the main benefits i think with these new templates so here we go if we navigate to our settings and then go on the quote section and click on custom quote templates here i can create new templates that i want my sales team to use and you'll notice now this new shiny flow template one of it has a proposal style and it's really nice if you want to add things like case studies or a little story about your company so we can quickly see a preview of this so i can add here at the top different information about the company but then i can talk a little bit more about the story of our business what are we all about what are some of our offerings a statement of work so it's a lot more detailed than i think for you know companies that are using things like docusign or pen the doc i think you know this type of template will start to reduce a lot more the usability of other solutions that you might use we also have a second flow template which is focusing a little bit more about on the line items right so if you want to add a lot more uh descriptions around your line items and maybe use hubspot payments this template is absolutely great for you to uh to use something that i want to show you which i'm most excited about is the ability to add custom product properties in your quote and i'm sure a lot of companies might have struggled with that in the future so let's say that i want to use this template for my sales team and what i can do i will jump straight away to the line items uh module so here it is and here i can select which properties i want to appear in my quote i can click add and here in the past i was only able to add default product properties but now for example if i have a custom product property called subscription type i can add that part of my quote right so if i go back to the screen i can move this to the top of my screen and i can also give it a name so subscription type as i wanted to appear on my code so you can see it here and now i can go ahead ahead and save this you'll notice that this is called proposal at the moment and now i can actually go ahead and use this on one of my deals here i am on a test deal that i created and you'll notice that i've linked to this deal a line item for sales consulting for 500 if i click on the line...
