Hi this is Mike Hathaway, Chief Product Officer at Ascertia. In this short video I'm going to show you a quick demonstration of a new feature that was added to signing up 8.1 which is all about providing QR codes in documents to enable digital signatures and document validation to take place outside of the digital workflow space. By that I mean a printed document hanging on a wall in an office may be a fire or health and safety certificate could be a certificate on a shipping container or any other document that's being produced and needs to be verified in the old-fashioned analog world. So what we'll do is we'll log in here to a SigningHub instance very quickly. This is a demo system running SigningHub 8.1 and we'll begin a new workflow that will just involve me as only one signature for this particular document is required this is a fictitious council fire safety certificate. So we will lock the document to prevent any changes at the end of the workflow as you can see pretty basic sample certificate. We will drag and place a digital signature field. We'll just use the electronic seal for this demonstration. We'll drag and size this to be nice and prominent within the document. That's good and then down here you'll see we've added the ability to add QR codes to our document. So again we'll drag that to a nice size I think that's good enough. We'll finish document preparation. We'll now go ahead inside of here and sign the document I just want to place a hand signature document inside of here that's good. Sign that now great. So my signature has been applied to the document we can click here and see the signature verification details as you would normally expect if we hit finish and then I'll download the document. Place that into the sample documents folder fantastic. And we'll open that in adobe just to see what that looks like here great. So what i'll do now print that document and we'll be able to see what the experience looks like on a mobile device in a second. Here we are we're going to verify the fictitious fire safety certificate on my phone. So if we launch the camera app. If we go over here we can see there's the document sitting on my desk. So we can scroll in zoom in check out the certificate itself. I got the option here to open the QR code using chrome so I'm going to go ahead and do that. We're taken to a page and signing up where we displayed the title of the document and we've got a couple of options here so we can click on view document. So we'll go ahead and do that. This gives us a electronic view of the document inside of SigningHub. So I can scroll excuse me zoom in I can navigate around the document itself. Make sure that...
