I couldn't conduct my business without contracts and this makes the hassle of downloading, printing, scanning, and reuploading docs virtually seamless. I don't have to worry about whether or not my clients have printers or scanners and I don't have to pay the ridiculous drop box fees. Sign now is amazing!!

My overall experience with this software has been a tremendous help with important documents and even simple task so that I don't have leave the house and waste time and gas to have to go sign the documents in person. I think it is a great software and very convenient.

airSlate SignNow has been a awesome software for electric signatures. This has been a useful tool and has been great and definitely helps time management for important documents. I've used this software for important documents for my college courses for billing documents and even to sign for credit cards or other simple task such as documents for my daughters schooling.

Add diverse phone

so it's that cold that i have an advisor on my phone basically telling me to stay indoors we haven't been to bonberry and what feels like ages [Music] i'm gonna do a little haul of what we got from bonberry we stopped by this health food store elm health in the west village since everyone always asks me what am i planning to do with my nutrition dietetics degree is it not the most beautiful bagel you've ever seen 8 to 12 inches wind gusts over 40 miles per hour i made us the half-baked harvest ramen this is not parking this is so sweet good morning today is saturday one of my favorite days of the week and we have such a fun just like cozy day planned i do i know what i want to do i've been in a funk this entire week and today i woke up in a better mood so i want to keep this because sometimes you can wake up in a good mood and then something goes wrong and then it's like so i want to make a video all about how to just boost your mood when it's cold and gloomy and gross outside because i feel like we're not the only state right now in the country whose weather is absolute just grossness yeah it's the only one i can think of which i don't want to get centered on this video so right now we're going to go to the gym and do our little walk we like to do our 30 minute walk and pretend that we are out somewhere where it's sunny and it's not freezing cold if you close your eyes and like squint really hard yeah i mean nice coffee look at my cute little uh cowlick whatever that it's called baby over there but then when it does this it's a couch oh yeah oh lovely i mean myself an iced coffee again in my uh touristy tonight show mug and sasha has a hot coffee she did a blog post all about how to make the perfect espresso shot and she claimed that this morning was like the best of the best espresso that she's ever pulled it tastes delicious did a deep dive i mean i was making good espresso shots before and i was using a lot of those methods but i really like went and learned more about the science because i love that i love like learning and getting really granular and figuring out like the science behind coffee and things like that so if you're interested in that and if you want to step up your morning coffee game and your espresso game i have a blog post there i also mentioned like our favorite mugs that we always use and where they're from um like our favorite plant-based milks for the best texturizing all of our little coffee accessories the espresso machine we have and like why i love it who it's good for etc all of that is there and i'm glad that i now oh in our favorite coffee beans how could i forget all of our fair coffee beans i just ordered some yesterday from a new brand that i haven't tried and i'm already impressed because after doing this blog post you'll realize that there's a difference in the processing for beans that you want to use for espresso versus beans you want to use for drip coffee and french press for espresso you need a medium to dark roast because it has more natural oils in the beans which leads to a better crema and a better taste to the espresso so on their website of this coffee brand i forget what it's called but i'll have christy pop it in they have an option at checkout where they make you select whether you're using the coffee beans for espresso or if you're gonna use it for like drip coffees which i thought was wonderful because i've never seen that before and that made me really respect them they're based out of san diego um and they roast and ship like same day so i ordered it yesterday which was friday and it's gonna be roasted and shipped on monday which is amazing so i'll pop that down below and there are blends and uh single origins all sound wonderful we're gonna head over to the gym my arm is getting tired i have not done we've been doing a lot of walking and i have not done very many workouts and i think i need to start cross training okay i don't do it this is where christie has gone if you've been wondering where's christy why hey this week i did three videos can you give me the plan give me a fist bump come on don't leave me thank you sure okay let's go that's such a cool transition i made i just made coffee why isn't it playing it's not playing anything just make coffee and then you show a dirty room and then like cheers [Music] can we get new pillows yes please this is giving me old christmas lights anyways the plan is even though it's 19 degrees we want to kind of make it down to bonberry we haven't been in over a month which i don't know what happened okay because we literally went there if you watched our vlogmas like almost every single week i just want one of those carrot raisin muffins or something we have to get like a few of the things that like only bomb berry sells like montes cream cheese and butter and the muffins which are so good and then i want to get some of their ramen i have to go gluten-free for an elimination diet because of my like everything going on just like to clarify we've never been wound free or dairy-free or like any sort of we don't subscribe to any like dietary restrictions we do enjoy trying different alternatives like i enjoy almond milk but i eat regular ice cream yeah i just prefer the taste of non-dairy or plant-based milks in my coffees and drinks but i still will buy a mix of like regular non-dairy ice cream just because i like trying new different things and i feel like not for any sort of certain gluten-free breads that i like way better like i don't know why they just get so much more crispy and crunchy so it's not like anything we do to be like i don't like thinking that just because you buy an alternative it's healthier not necessarily anything not even necessarily and i think that's a really dangerous mindset to fall into but um i'm all about testing and trying new different things and like the thing is bonberry's all gluten free and vegan everything in the stores so it makes it really easy for me when i need to now kind of like swap some of my normal now christie is gonna have to be gluten free like it's first just for 30 days 30-ish days because her doctor recommended that for her to try and then i'm going to reintroduce it and see how i feel and if i feel great then i'm going to keep eating it and if i'm like whoa all my symptoms are back yeah then i'm going to be okay let's go because yeah really ignore all of our laundry but i just got my second sweatshirt in the mail and i'm so sad i think it's too small i got an extra small because they were out of smalls and the medium everyone just said it was super oversized and two actually like go down a size so i thought maybe extra small will fit and it's just not the vibe not oversized cozy vibes but um i know it's super cute it's like this the color's bone and it has a little nike logo and the inside is so so soft there's a little hood okay i took it off to show you the material but the inside is like this super soft fleece and it's just really nice quality honestly i am very pleased with this sweatshirt i would highly recommend i'm gonna go order it in a medium before they sell out because the small i'm pretty sure it's already sold out it is now 1 30 p.m we took forever to get ready and decide what we're doing so we're gonna go to bon berry for um brunch at this point because it's one we both got so hungry ended up eating something before and we were bundling up we are just taking an uber there's an advisory that if you walk outside and you're you don't like bundle up and cover any like exposed skin you will get frostbite so it's that cold that i have an advisor on my phone basically telling me to stay indoors so anyways we're gonna head out now catch an uber and go to bumper in the west [Music] village [Music] you haven't been to bon berry what feels like ages since like beginning of december exactly oh too long too long so now we're going to get i just talked about muffin a banana muffin we're going to get a sandwich so much maybe if we see another bowl that looks really good i might get it for lunch but then again we didn't get groceries and it said for me to be good the sun is finally out so much warmer than it actually like [Music] seems favorite place [Music] grabbed our bagels grabbed our bun berry things our muffins and i think we're gonna go back home yeah and enjoy it there and we'll just walk a little bit yeah we'll walk around it's really sunny and nice [Music] [Music] okay we're back our apartment is a mess excuse that so i'm gonna face it's my turn to clean and i'm procrastinating it so i'm facing this way alrighty and i'm gonna do a little haul of what we got from bonberry we stopped by this health food store to get a few little fun things which we normally elm health in the west village um so first off i got broccoli sprouts because i have been dying to put these on like toast in the morning or salads i've even heard they're really good in smoothies bought a zucchini for our ramen because we're gonna make some ramen noodles for dinner and we're gonna do like a mix of ramen and zucchini and i'm really excited for that haven't had ramen in ages then we got some veggie broth this kind for our ramen the next thing we got was the sauerkraut i really want to start incorporating more probiotics because of the way i've been feeling i think this is going to be really good little fun fact 70 of your immune system lives within your gut so having good gut health and making sure that the you have more good bacteria than bad bacteria in your gut is very important especially if you're feeling off so i'm going to try and add more probiotics like coconut yogurt the culinary one which we love and the sauerkraut trying that out to balance my gut while also going gluten free so any inflammation that may be being caused by that coupled with the added probiotics and i'm going to add more prebiotics into my diet it's very important that probiotics are all the rage but everyone forgets about prebiotics which are just as important in order to feed those probiotics so they can actually help you everyone asks sasha's cooking herself something in the background that's the best sound let me put on my um mic i think this will help with the audio okay so since everyone always asks me what am i planning to do with my nutrition dietetics degree the first thing is that's why i'm partially on a guest semester right now because i'm trying to reassess what i really want to do in the future and you know a lot changes and i don't really feel like spending so much money right now to sit on my laptop when i'm unsure of what career path i want to take is really smart sash what are you cooking oh my gosh it's literally like maybe i'll film this finish talking after sasha cooks because i can't hear myself so i don't know how you can all right she's done now i think that's for the reason why i took a gap semester but one reason why i want to do nutrition dietetics is because sort of like what i'm going through right now with my health where i have no clue what is going on with me and you know all my blood work parts of it are coming back you know like everything's fine and then there's other things which are really alarming and i've just been feeling like crap for like lack of better words so i think nutrition is like key like the old saying food is your medicine i really do believe in that and i think there are certain foods which we can supplement with first before reaching towards even like vitamins so having a balanced diet is key to feeling good and healthy in their little things which might be causing your entire body just to inflame up and that explains why you're getting all these symptoms of feeling terrible that's part of it that's why i know more about like prebiotics probiotics and all that stuff and i've been researching about that for years now i really got into it probably i would say like freshman or sophomore year of high school that's when i became really passionate about it because i used to have the worst migraines and they're coming back now which is another whole entire thing but i had the worst migraines and headaches i would literally get them three headaches a week a couple migraines a month i mean non-stop i was taking probably an advil bottle a month i was going through a full like we would buy them at costco that's how quickly i went through advil and that's not good especially for someone who's who was that young like starting high school off and we went to different doctors and they tried putting me on a their basically their suggestion was eight different medicines and that's a lot that is a lot for anyone i see both sides and pro-western medicine and eastern medicine i think that they can be really nicely um intertwined and that will make them both more effective i'm not against taking medicine i actually think that if you need it like you should take it like there's no need for people to have a stigma around it i think it is created for a reason and it's very helpful and a lot of people need it so that's a whole entire tangent basically all this to say that's why i really wanted to do nutrition dietetics because i always saw the amount of healing that i found i realized i was highly intolerant to almonds to the point where i would have a couple almonds and in an hour my head would just start pounding and i did that after i did a food intolerance test or then later on i found out i went through a period where we were the biggest fans of eggs and i ate eggs probably three sometimes a day like i loved them so much i would have a huge breakfast tons of eggs and then after doing that for a year and a half i all of a sudden developed an intolerance to eggs because i ate them so much there's a really good book which explains this all if you're fascinated by this it's called fiber fueled it's highly scientific but it's an easy read like it's not above your head or anything and he does a really good job explaining it his name's dr will bolsheviks he is so so smart like this guy has been to i should be calling him this guy he's a doctor he has attended some of the top medical schools for his field and yeah he's very knowledgeable and he kind of explains it really well and he actually encourages people to eat a diverse thing he's not against like anything like cutting out gluten or dairy or any huge food groups completely out of your diet because some people can handle them and some people can't and everyone is different and that's why no one diet fits everyone yeah that's what kind of that's the path that i wanted to take if i were to do nutrition nutrition and dietetics i would go towards maybe a functional degree in medicine and then build my own practice where i would help people find healing through lifestyle changes and food so that was my plan i didn't want to become a nutritionist i didn't want to become a registered dietitian i wanted to basically go down and have that degree and then go down to medical route because most bed students only get i think it's like around 19 maybe like 20-ish hours of nutritional training while they're in school that is just such a huge portion of our lifestyle so if this is such a big thing you can make these minor changes and find great results from it so it just baffles me that people don't see that but to each their own um anyways that's a whole tangent back to the grocery haul we got this gluten-free pasta from jovial we like bonds as well i actually have tried this and i kind of like it a little bit more this is more of um i think it does resemble pasta more than bonza but banza has a different flavor which i've gotten used to and i really like last but not least some hummus i'm excited for this we've never tried this brand but it looked delicious it's just garlic hummus and then my favorite maybe your favorite part of our grocery hauls is when we go to bunbury and we show you what we got so we got a good amount of things from here some really yummy treats so i'll share this with you alrighty and our cute little what's gonna be cooking you would you want tote bag first monty's plant-based butter over here monty's original cream cheese and we've shown you guys this before in recipes they're both so good this is a bagel i'll show it to you later okay this is the best chocolate chip cookie that gluten-free one at least that i've ever had oh my gosh it is the brutus bake shop um miso chocolate chip cookie last but not least the salad this cilantro chutney which we're gonna put probably on like breakfasts and salads looks so delicious i think that's all yeah okay let me show you the muffins we ended up getting two banana muffins and then one carrot raisin muffin these are our absolute favorite muffins like gluten-free ones in new york they make them in-house and they're so so yummy so we're gonna freeze them since it's quite the trek to get down there and then after we freeze them we can cut them and warm up whenever we're in the mood for a muffin so anyways i'm going to go sit down and have some brunch with sasha guys look at this bagel is it not the most beautiful bagel you've ever seen i'm so excited there is looks like some sort of sprouts tomato arugula some cream cheese and then this is a sesame um gluten-free need love bagel oh your meal looks delish an egg bolted kale avocado and my little bagel [Music] i made us chai lattes sash here's yours all nice and cozy this is the trick to having a good day when it's freezing outside get cozy wrap yourself up in a blanket snuggle up on the couch make a warming chai latte you shall you made it um i should in the last vlog so you can go watch that cheers [Music] i made us the half baked harvest ramen bowls i'll have the recipe linked but we haven't had ramen in ages so i'm excited i'm super cozy and i finished my book before dinner but i thought i'd talk about it now i was reading jen atkins autobiography about her career it's called blowing it to the top she's the founder of whey which is a hair care brand and they have like shampoos and hair products and she also has a really big business and she styles celebrities hair she's awesome and so inspirational i had so many great career advice tips and just life advice in general um per entire yeah career i am having clearly some difficulties stringing together sentences but it's really good and it's worth the read if you are looking for a good autobiography which will inspire you or empower you i really highly suggest it oh sasha made me minty yes i'm gonna eat some of my cookie i'm gonna savor tomorrow it's getting late so i think we're gonna end the vlog so i can start editing this so it'll be up for you guys tomorrow bed flash is going to bed early night yeah thank you so much for watching i hope you really enjoyed this video and it was interesting sometimes you know our days can feel like it's repetitive and mundane but even the last vlog which i thought was boring you guys seem to be like no i like the little at-home work days that was very sweet of you and i'm glad you guys enjoyed that why my hair is crazy if you're not subscribed yet we would love for you to subscribe make sure you turn on post notifications so you'll know every single time we post a video we to actually snow a lot so the next vlog is most likely going to be a snowstorm is that that's what monday it's gonna snow monday so i want to edit the vlog and then post it on um i usually give updates on when vlogs go up on our instagram which if you're not following us on there you should definitely follow us it is sasha and christy it's snowing monday and tuesday 100 100 let me just get ready for an epic snow day vlog weather.com because they tell you how many inches you get wow major winter storm underway apparently what this is gonna be bigger than the last one you're joking monday
