[Music] if you need to collect parent signatures from a google form there's a simple and easy way start by going to create a new google form or opening a form that you already need signed then you can fill out your form with any information that you need to collect once you have all of your information in your form you're going to add a question for the signature when we choose add question we are going to use the file upload question option it'll ask for permission to upload to your google drive so go ahead and click continue when you do you're going to type in the question for mine i'm going to write parent signature i'm not concerned about the file type and i only need one signature so i'm going to leave that at 1. i usually change the file size to the largest available just in case a parent has their own signature and would like to upload that you'll see that there's an error saying that the form can only collect one gigabyte since a google for education account has unlimited storage i'm not super concerned about this so i'm going to click change and i'm going to change the maximum size of all files uploaded to one terabyte and then click save now i want to add a description to this question so i'm going to click the more button the three vertical dots in the bottom right corner and choose description here i'm going to write a message to parents if you do not already have a digital signature please use this link to create one you will be given the option to download the signature and then upload the file here where parents are going to do this then i'm going to give them a link to docsketch.com here is a super easy way for parents to create that signature so i'm going to copy that link and paste it right here i'm going to make this a required question now it's ready to go let's go ahead and view this form as a parent i would fill this out and then i'm ready to upload my signature if i already have one i can just click add file if i need to create one i can go to this link i can quickly create the signature and then click save it gives me the option to download and now my signature is right here now if i go back to the form i can click add file i can drag that file right in and choose to upload i can submit my form now let's take a look at the responses for the teacher if i go to responses we'll see the individual response and here i can click on and open up the signature to see what it looks like however the easier way is to open this as a spreadsheet so i'll create a new spreadsheet for...
