hi everybody this is Steve Anson with the janitorial store calm today I want to show you how easy it is to download a proposal off the janitorial store so here I'm on the member home page so and then I'll just go here and I click on most popular angle right to the download library once I get to down the library I can go ahead and click on beneath estimated forms now this takes us to all of our different proposals that we have there's a quite a few of them in here you're gonna find proposals and you're gonna find individual documents so essentially what you can do is that you can either select one of the folders that are that are pre-made or you can go ahead and mix and match and download the different documents and create your own proposal whatever you'd like to do so for example let's say we want to do a jam protocol service proposal you go ahead and click on it you go and download it to our computer so now we're just gonna save it on our computer and then save it now that we've got it saved we can actually bring that document up in fact I've already brought that up and I'll be bringing up here so here's our proposal so once we've got the proposal open all's we have to do is go ahead and fill in the blanks so you can see like here you can just put in your company name and go down through the entire proposal cuz it is a Word document and just fill in the blanks you're gonna put any of the relevant information that's in the in the space so here again you put your company names on and so forth so here you can see that this here has 24 pages so there's you know quite a bit of information here so again depending on the types and size of the account that you're doing you will edit your proposal to match it so essentially that's all you do is just go through here and you know fill in the blanks to where you put your company information or your customer prospect information and once you do that then just go right up here and click on save the nice thing about this is that once you create a great one you've got your template now you've just got it saved on your computer and you've got a template for any janitorial proposals that you may do I want to do is I'm gonna go all the way down to the service agreement and this service agreement is a pretty entailed service agreement so it covers a lot of things so you know take a look at them and you'll see that we got a variety of different service agreements that you can select from but you know go ahead and put one in that meet your needs but this one here that the person your prospect is go ahead and initial it just like you would that the acknowledge of what you've got written out here it talks about compensation so on and so forth you know and then you put your pricing in here for any you know the scope of work and then any additional services that you may have again then you initial it knowing that they agree with what you got stayed there and then you got the actual signature paper or signature lines here again with some initials so anyway that's how easy it is to create a proposal here on the janitorial store it makes it real quick and easy doesn't take a whole lot of time because like I say once you create that the template now all you're doing is once you get the information once you've done your walkthrough you met with the prospect you've gathered all that information you arrived at our products you use the bidding calculator you've arrived at a price now it's just a matter of putting those numbers on your proposal it's as simple as that so you know if the essentially what you're doing is since you've saved satanists on your computer any janitorial service proposal that you decide to do would only take you probably 5-10 minutes I would guess maybe maybe 15 minutes total that's to you know take your information that you got from the walkthrough and do your use the bidding calculator to arrive at a price that you know that you'll make a profit at that you're happy with and then you know enter into proposal it is really that easy so you know and I know some people do use the services there are services out there to create proposals but you know you may find out that this here is probably a better route and it's gonna save you a lot of money so check it out and I guarantee that this will save you money as far as generating a proposal and in many cases will create a winning proposal that many many of our members tell us that people have made comments on their proposals in mine and hopefully you find this helpful and I could say it takes just a few minutes to create a proposal here on the janitorial scarf now you also are able to go into another area to do the same thing so let's say we want to go to the calculators and we're using the janitorial bidding calculator to arrive at a price so we filled in all of our information and got you got our price and we're happy with the profits and everything well right here whilst we have to do this click on create a proposal so it'll take us to a page and then we can just click on whatever we're doing here so let's say we're doing janitorial proposals so now we can actually select from here which Gina traversal for proposal that we may be doing so you can see we have quite a quite a good list here so you know if we're let's say we're doing auto dealership so we just click on the auto dealership and you can see that it just takes us right into the down the library where our proposals act so now you're able to go ahead and just download that and create your template and
