welcome today we're going to be talking about placing text boxes and signatures on your documents first thing that you need to do is make sure that you have added the parties who will be signing the document to the people section of your news that's covered in another another tutorial okay once you have your people in your loop get your document open and if you hover over add it gives you a range of things that you can do you can add signature initials text date name checkboxes radio buttons or you can strike through text first thing we're going to be talking about is adding a check box so you just hover over add you click once on add check box and then you can drag your cursor to where you want the check box to be and click one time now you can see it set it a little bit above where I really want it to be so just grab it drag it down into position and you can either assign this check box to someone else to complete you know if they've got a choice to make or you can check it for them right now so that's what I would do in this position probably I would just check it for them next thing we'll do is add a text box so again you go to the top and hover over add you choose add text click one time take your cursor to where you want that text box to be placed and then you're going to make sure that you give yourself ample room to complete your text all right so you can drag and adjust the size of this text box you can also change your font size your centering or whatever you need to do up here you can do it click in the text box you can once again either assign it to a party or a role or you can complete it yourself and assign it to no one which is what I'm going to do right now okay now you have your text box next we will place initials on your contract once more over on add click one time on add initials move your cursor to whether you want your initials to be single click now this you are going to assign the field because you only want one specific person to be able to complete it so I'm going to click on a sign field and then I'm going to choose who I want to sign this so for today it's going to be Debbie Hoffman I can either do it this way or I can choose her role from the roles in the pulldown menu and click on stellar for right now we'll do it through Debbie Hoffman you can see her initials show up here and when she receives her email all she has to do is go through the document and it...
