hey guys it's your boy angelo wallace i am a nomad recruiter i travel around the world and make placements if you are someone interested in starting your own staff and recruitment agency make sure you check out the links below um but today we're going to be talking about how to make money as a freelance recruiter so potentially you're trying to get off the ground maybe your agency hasn't taken off yet and maybe you need to make some side income so i'm going to share my screen with you right now and we're going to go into a few strategies and tips that can help you out um you know help you out while you you know start to get your agency off the ground all right if you guys are looking at the screen i'm just gonna throw my glasses on right now um so one way that you can start making money as a freelance recruiting agency is by using a platform like a deed or potentially you can use platforms in your country and type up some of the things that i'm about to type in so some things that i like to do is type in things like 10.99 um and then i'll do like recruiter next to it okay and then i don't put in a location i just try to see what type of jobs are going to pop up all right so you're seeing like okay we got independent contractor and we have uh clinical recruiter remote positions now why would you want to work these shops one you want to work these jobs potentially because you may have your own staff and agency recruitment agency and you don't want to sign any non-compete because if you sign a nun compete that means that you cannot work with any of the previous clients that you potentially are working with or you may not be able to work with any clients outside of your uh recruitment job if you were to sign uh you know join a recruitment agency as a full-time employee versus a 1099 contractor so for anybody who's watching this video that doesn't know what a nun compete is another compete is when you join an organization and you sign a contract that states that you know potentially after you lead a company you cannot work with any of the clients or any of the previous clients or any clients owned by the company you cannot work with them potentially for a year to two years to up to five years it just varies but when you work at 1099 a recruiter position you're an independent contractor so you don't usually have enough compete and even if you wanted to still work on these jobs on the side you're still able to work and run your business as well and also bring on new clients so that's the beautiful thing about working these 1099 jobs i would just...
