hi everyone it's kim from the bella vintage and i am here to just do a quick tutorial on a debbie's design diary diy paint golden ticket and this is a product that you can see is very well loved in my product range i use it a lot i just like adding a little highlight to details and i've also used it in in blending and just adding a little sheen a little golden sheen there's so many different ways you can use it but today i'm just showing you how to use it on your carved wood or your highlighted areas that you want to make stand out and kind of pop on a piece of furniture and this is a piece that i have already painted i have done two coats of paint and a clear wax and a dark wax and then i have started applying some golden ticket along the carving and i'm looking for a more like a distressed look a kind of warm age look so i can and go back again i've already done the dark wax in the detail but if i want to after i'm done i can wait till it dries and then go back over with some more dark wax to give it even more aging and so you know you have different options with it depending on how much you want it to look antique or you know just brand new just depends what look you're going for so this is my dog sonny he likes to help me paint and so he he might pop in the video here and there but um anyway i'm going to bring you up closer and just go along here and show you how easy it is to apply the golden ticket i'm just using a little craft brush i probably got it the dollar tree or maybe michael's or joann's i'm not sure but it's just a inexpensive craft brush and i have stirred up my golden ticket really well you want to make sure you stir it up from the bottom so you get all that beautiful patina color and just going to go i already started here but i'm just going to keep going along the carving the beautiful carving and you can see i've already got a little bit of dark wax on there and now i'm going over it with the golden ticket i'm going with a very light hand i wanted to you know just look worn because this is you know it's a pretty old piece i it's either you could call it a vanity or a desk probably i think was called a commode back in the day and just going along all the areas that are carved out so they can stand out a little bit more such a beautiful carving and i'm just using everything that's on my brush not really dipping it in too often so that it's just...
