we want to add some applications now so most people are gonna be if you click add applications you're gonna probably use the CRM desk mail so this is probably not the first three that I get offered actually are the CRM mail desks you might also want these you can add things later really easily so it's not you don't need to worry about missing out anything here just maybe use the things that you're flying and using first and then we'll go through adding stuff later right so I'm just going to add see our mail and desk-bound back be a bit funky I just gonna add those to my account right oh they'll be you can make it so it's all your tabs are bunched in different sort of groups depending on what you work on and he uses obviously this where we're gonna add users admins or the main users groups different groups create groups for your team share documents and emails so you have groups for interoffice groups and then teams and stuff like that any domains we can ever say to add a domain to then be able to map to an email address it's a little bit funky but we will be doing full training on that security getting started and managing your security managing how people allowed in what sort of password policy you have and if they have to have multi-factor authentication marketplace any extra stuff so third-party apps out there that make you link with other things sorry somebody always wants to come in when I'm start filming Active Directory I'm not exactly sure what this is them and it's kind of new it's a it's a program I think you can put on your computer and you can sync your information to your computer but I'll come back to that one I know a bit more about it and then obviously reports setting up in user reports information reports that you'll need further arm up the top there is your account your account information some in some other tabs where you can get some help any webinars and if you're gonna start paying and upgrade and things like that but you can click on my account to change your name email password so far then you go back if you go back up here to use a home this is just your user information so if you're not admin you won't got that previous stuff but here this is where you can go in you can search right across all the apps you can see any analytics - you obviously can jump back to the admin panel well this is where you will live when you just got dessert 1.0 comm and you can add any tab groups you want there are quick references for you so it's an easy way to jump in to everything and you've been associated with right so let's add a new user obviously 0 1 and yours Oh on Tralee gets 10 users to add so you go to admin panel and then go to users here add new user right so it's gonna be a bit different if you haven't already subs are male and you plan to use ole male you might want to wait and do the male part first and then start adding people on there but if you've got an external male where people are already you in it then you can do this as well right so let's do I mean says John Smith so let's have John Smith typing first name last name john dot smith arts whatever your email addresses are whatever the employment ideas don't need to use this designation what's this mister I don't know what that means Department obviously if you've got any set reporting to if you want to say I don't if I set myself up the more information you'll have in there the more options you will have you set departments up somewhere else and you better do it then we should on that first work location again if you've got
