Hey guys, today's video was inspired from a subscriber question who asked, "What schedule is best? Can you please share your wedding day photography plan minute by minute? A role model would help lot so that I don't forget anything and my first wedding is as calm as possible." This is a great question, because whether you're shooting your first wedding or you're shooting your 100th wedding, having a strong timeline in place is going to be the best thing to set you up for success on your wedding shoots. It's going to help you walk into that wedding day feeling very confident, having a nice creative flow. But on top of that, and maybe even perhaps more important, it really helps the overall client experience by building a lot of trust with your clients. I begin talking about the photography timeline as early as the consultation before a client has ever even booked with me. By doing this, I'm able to let them know that I have their back throughout the entire process and I'm going to help them get the best images, which is really important to the clients that book with me and is probably really important to your clients too. I also have created a tool for myself in my business, which streamlines the process of putting together photography timeline and makes it so quick. Literally, all you need is the ceremony start time, you plug it in, and within seconds, it auto-populates all the rest of the times based on my ideal photography timeline. And I've done this for both first looks and for weddings without first looks.
