hi everyone this is Desiree savory and I'm going to show you how you can create an email signature using the IBS and consumer protection notice from your logging at har so I'm going to use my gmail account as an example for that so here we go first thing you want to do is to make sure that you're logged in to har and from here you're going to go over to my account go under the account information area and select information about brokerage services this is where you're going to find your source okay so in this area where your source is you're going to copy the URL the website address for information about brokerage services so once you've copied that URL you'll go into your email client in this case I'm going to use my gmail account as an example so you'll go into the settings of your email and inside the email signature area the IBS and consumer protection notice needs to be added above your email signature which should be just right above it so I'm going to go ahead and type that in here and then I'll also since I'm here I'll just go ahead and add the link the content for the next link which is the Texas real estate commission consumer protection notice with the first link you highlight that and then inside your toolbar you're going to find an area for a link you if the icon normally will look just like this so you'll click on that and it's gonna allow you to put the web address here function keys on your keyboard will be to right-click and paste it and on a Windows computer you could use control v as in victor you'll paste the link here and select and select your executable okay button then click away from it you'll see the link will come up on a drop-down if you need to change it I want to go ahead and click away from it so you'll see that it became becomes a hyperlink you won't be able to click on it to see that the change here unless you click here to look at it in Google's email signature system in the Gmail it gives you that option you might see a little bit different in your outlook online or your Yahoo but in this particular example it's giving me a drop-down menu so I can check it then you're going to go back to your source which is har and you'll copy the other URL get the link you'll select it for the Texas real estate commission can see my protection notice and you'll repeat the process go back over on the other tab highlight so that the system knows what to look at in order to place the link on the text and then you will click on link and then once you select that link icon you will right click and paste the link and again in Windows you use control V on a Mac you use command V on a kind of Mac use command B then you select ok and now both links will be added at that point you'll be able to save this into your email signature which is above the signature block and then now it's ready for to be one of your signatures if you're using Microsoft Outlook you can have several signatures added in this case in Google you'll have one signature you can always delete it if you don't want your recipient to see the notice once it's populated in your signature hopefully this has been helpful if you need any assistance feel free to go to my website at Desiree's jvcom and you can send me an email from the home page thank you
