here's another little time-saver that we added it's under your my profile section in the past we only had this upload signature image which allowed you to just to upload a digital signature we had a help article about how to create a digital signature but we wanted to add something easier because because this was a point of frustration and so we added this generate signature now this generate signature option and how it works is you click on it and you simply enter in your name at the top so I'm just gonna put John Doe and you can see it already generates a signature down here at the bottom now you can you know change the color of it to whatever you want you could do a blue color or like a different color blue and the other thing is you can select different fonts so we have a few that are look like handwritten type fonts so you just pick whatever one that you like and whatever closely resembles your signature it doesn't have to be perfect because again this signature is only used on your neutral letter which is a marketing it serves a marketing purpose it's not going to be outputted on your contracts your official contracts so those ones you're gonna sign you know yourself after you review them so let's just say that I like this one all you have to do is click insert signature this will go ahead and create this digital signature for you click update and it saves it and now when you go over to your land documents and let's just pull up a document here I'm just going to generate a neutral letter to show you how it looks you can see here it puts in your new digital signature that it generated so that little signature generator will hopefully speed up at least the setup process of the investment Dominator and if you have an old signature that you just want to redo you can go back in there and use that generate signature option to create a new one
