I have been with airSlate SignNow since the early stages. When I first signed up for airSlate SignNow it was owned by airSlate SignNow and very new, throughout the years it became CudaSign owned by Barracuda Networks for awhile and now it’s back to its original name. Even though the branding and name changes happened as expected in most cases the platform was always reliable and always worked great! Throughout my time using it the features stayed pretty much the same but just kept getting better and better over time. None of my data was ever lost or moved, the forms just kept getting snappier and snappier, and the application kept getting smarter. Clients never had an issue figuring out how to use it and the whole experience has been amazing!

hi everybody happy friday uh just wanted to give you a look at something that i think is absolutely fantastic in enterprise and i don't think very many people know it even exists so this all relates around quotations and i'm going to just get stuck straight in so you can have a little look at what i mean so here i'm going to use my shortcut to open up a sales quote and i'm going to select my customer that i set up which is me because i've got my email address in there and then i can go in here and add a line so if i go in here i can select consulting services and i'll have one of those one day of consulting services in my quote and i can save that quote for 1100 euros in this instance i'm not going to email it i'm just going to save because i've got a little trick up my sleeve so what happens here then is i go in here and i go send quote for approval and it tells me do i want to send it and i say yes so what's going to happen now is if i go into my inbox and i just refresh i've got my quote through from uh you have received your quote from fnb distributors you can review it and approve it by clicking the button below so all our customer has to do is click on review quote and they're going to see sales quote number four to you these are the dates if i want to put in some comments like you if you place this order now i can get it scheduled for you next week for example and i can see the consulting service details any comments at a line level the price the tax etc the great thing here and this is where it really gets cooler all your customers to do is click on approve and the next thing that's going to happen is you're going to get a notification and then when i go into my into enterprise and i go to my home screen i've now got a notification that says a new order number seven has been created by our public uh browser and when i click on this for example it'll bring me in and show me order number seven jobs done i haven't got to do anything else the quote has been converted to an order by the customer we're finished moves on and the product can either get delivered or the service can get uh done by the um by the person getting get it done for me this is really cool real time saver it's set and forget push the quote out and you don't have to worry about anything else anymore lovely little feature on a friday i hope you all really enjoyed that one um and i uh look forward to um you using...
