okay I just wanted to share a long proposal template that I use for the first time this year this is not something I develop myself my old one I think was maybe over the top I was looking for something new and I bought this off of Jason Creole his channel is lawn care business I'm not being paid to do this at all this is not meant he's not endorsing this raining this is just a finest great value for $7 a US you get 10 letters and templates for different kinds and it's worth checking out I bought it and I used it basically for one new property that I targeted and I got it so I just wanted to go through this because I still think that the season is not full go yet and even when it is I think I encourage you to just kind of get your name out there for property managers even for later this year or for next year guys are always in and out of the business guys are not doing a great job so you can pick things up midstream so basically yeah it's just lawn care proposal prepared for and I've got the owner's name in the address the addresses I've got my contact information and then I had a commercial property manager who gave a good reference here I blocked out all the names just you never know who's watching this to be honest you have to be too paranoid sometimes and the page number two is just kind of four principles of the business then was like the actual weekly maintenance what it entails and the price and then a few upsells I had a spring cleanup hedge trimming herbicide application and a fall cleanup on the next page and you know give him good pricing and I got it all and you know I encourage you even if there was somebody a company like when I spoke to the agents we're at this brokerage where I deal now she said well sure you know I asked to talk to the owner since we shall introduce you but he's been having that he's had the same guy for 15 or 20 years do the maintenance well the guys kind of scaling down his business a bit he's not getting any younger and he's no longer coming to this part of the city so the owner was happy to get a good bid and he didn't get any others he just he took mine and he accepted it and then he asked me for a bit on his personal residence which is only a couple a couple minutes off of my Thursday route anyway and I got that as well so I don't said this in a few videos but it's worth it just reduce yourself give a big try I mean you never know this is a one-for-one I was not really looking for much more work and I got this one it's a good property nearby assault again if you're looking for decent nice templates for a good price I check out a long-term business Channel it's Jason creel so I'm getting zero money for this I just want to share with the new guys who aren't sure how to you know just prepare a nice looking bid I find it for seven dollars for ten of these you can't go wrong so I encourage you to get out there give it a try and best of luck
