I travel two weeks per month and that is a huge amount of time out of the office. Having the possibility to sign crucial documents while traveling is extremely important. It also provides the possibility to have all of them stored and available at one place provided by the application. You don't need extra storage on tour cloud or PC. Once signed, you share it or send it by email from within the application at the same step.

It is multi-platform, I can use it on my smart phone, tablet and personal computer. It also has storage for your signed documents, and of course, you can create folders to be accessed by co-signers.

When I started my business, I needed to find a digital signing solution for a low cost... so even though I had never heard of this program, I decided to give it a try instead of using one of the more well-known digital signing programs. My business is small, and I don't need digital signing on a daily basis. So, the lower price very much attracted me. And ultimately, I'm very glad I gave it a shot. It has definitely met my needs and is affordable. Also, there was one occasion when I needed to contact customer service because I changed my e-mail address, which caused a billing error. I sent an email to customer service, and the issue was resolved very promptly and easily.

The program is quite easy to use and navigate. And it appears my clients find it easy to use as well. I've never had any complaints or questions from them.

Add lots zip code

hey guys and welcome back to the asx investor channel in today's video we're giving you three hot stocks to watch in february 2021 on the asx this year the markets have got off to a rapid start in this video we're going to be discussing three stocks that play across a range of different sectors who have had recent announcements or updates that position them well for potential growth moving forward we're going to dive straight into it if you're new around here welcome we're the asx investor channel we make daily videos talking about the stock market investing and we find and analyze the best growth stocks so if you haven't yet hit that subscribe button make sure you turn your bell notifications on as well so you won't miss a daily episode and we'd love to have you join the community i'd love to know which stocks you've got on your watch list as well drop in a comment below which ones you've been watching and what you might be taking a position on into february this month a reminder as well that none of the stocks we mentioned on this channel are by recommendations i'm not a financial advisor and none of the things we mention is financial advice these videos are merely there to hopefully serve as educational purposes to be a starting spot for you to do your own research from make sure you do your own research into stocks you get an understanding about their positives and negatives and you think about your own investing horizons and objectives for now we've got three hot stocks on the asx let's get into it stock number one the ever notorious brain chip holdings asx brn had one of the more polarizing years in 2020 of course they've got a really exciting product with a scalable use case but then they saw a significant rise upwards on the back of a sentiment driven run and saw their share price reach as high as 90 cents before once the short-term traders left their positions the stock had a big pullback more to a reasonable level many investors thought brainship was just a pump and dump it was going nowhere but towards the back end of last year they had a range of different announcements which we'll discuss in this video that really set them up for quite an exciting growth story into the rest of this year so at their core brainchip is a technology company aiming to produce a neuromorphic processor that's going to leverage ai and really has a range of scalable use cases for its technology at the moment their processor is undertaking the eap early access program and their akita pilot program is going on with a few different customers from ford to virgo technologies and nasa which we will discuss this really shows the potential for their chip and once they get some more validation for their technology they will start to move towards commercialization over the coming months and years so here's the first announcement at the back end of last year that got investors excited the nasa evaluation kit order of course we all know who nasa is it's a huge brand name and is further validation for technology it is just for an initial evaluation kit there's no commercial revenue to come through as part of this order so it is a preliminary stage offer however what's more important about this is the fact that brainchips technology is being considered by a big company globally that's got a lot of attention and interest from it we'll wait to see how this plays out we'll wait to see if there's any updates coming out of brainship and whether there's any further discussion about potentially a commercial order coming out as a result of this and then this second piece of news which i actually personally think was more significant for the brainship growth runway moving forward branch signed its first akita ip licensing agreement with renassus ranasis is a tier one semiconductor manufacturer so it's a significant player in the space and brainship has agreed to deliver their akita 1.0 neural network ip for use in renassus's system on chip licensed products this is significant because it provides a clear route to market if this deal is successful and ranasis gets value out of the brn agreement it's lucky that brainship will be able to sign similar types of agreements with other semiconductor manufacturers globally the agreement includes a single-use design license implementation support and a unit royalty as i mentioned it's exciting because of the potential for the route to market this one agreement is not going to be changing brain chip's future however the opportunities that it may open up may so we'll wait to see what happens from here there's going to be further updates on the akita pilot program as well as potential further commercial agreements in the coming months the excitement around brainchip isn't about diving into what they're doing right now it is about the potential use case for their products and the potential customer agreements that they may sign as they move further and further towards the commercialization so here's the asx brn stock chart as mentioned before last year they experienced that huge sentiment driven run upwards it actually peaked as high as nearly 90 cents and then there was a sell back once it kind of retraced back to a more reasonable level the branch found a fair value support at around the 35 cent mark and the back end of last year on the back of those two positive announcements which were in december brainchip is again resumed on an upwards trend the question is where to from here brainship's been trading with that 50 cent mark as a support level of course we've recently seen a broader market pullback we'll see if that continues on where the brain tip can hold at the 50 cent mark if not it may fall further backwards and it might present a longer term buying opportunity for investors who are interested in brain chip on that long term time horizon a reminder that brain chip is still very early stage it's a speculative stock and companies are playing in this small cap early stage space are likely to be extremely volatile they have significant price fluctuations they go up and down quite a lot so you need to understand this before just diving into these investments stock number two and a company that got a lot of hype about it in january linus raritz is actually the biggest producer of rare earth materials outside of china china at the moment has a significant portion of the supply chain however the rare-earth materials are going to be significant as we move towards a more renewable energy focused society and they also help to fuel a range of other different technologies too you might be wondering who is asx lyc solinus rares are a big rare earth material supplier you can see that the rare s will be used for evs renewables and digital technology there's a lot of excitement of course as we saw with the av supply chain over the past few months people have been diving into the lithium stocks and graphite and linus rares is one that's been riding the tailwinds as well however the scope of what they do is much broader than avs rare earth materials are in a range of different technologies as well as we discussed china at the moment has about 80 of the supply chain for the rare earth materials and if 2020 showed us anything it is that there is a need for companies and countries around the world to diversify out their supply chain so they're not reliant on one nation or one company this is where the thesis for lioness comes in that if the rare earth materials demand continues to rise and companies may look to diversify out of just the china supply chain asx lyc may be a beneficiary they have been raising capital they're now well capitalised and they've got a lioness 2025 growth project that they are working towards this here is a quick visual look at the linus business operations at the current time in western australia in kalgoorlie they've got one of the biggest rare earth material mines in the world and they're currently in the process of developing a processing plant in western australia as well in malaysia they've got a big processing plant that's one of the leading ones for the world as well and in the united states they're in the early scoping stage for a contract with the u.s department of defense which we would definitely be touching on which gives them a great opportunity to really help develop that resilience in the supply chain for america and it positions linus rares to be a great supplier for years to come as you can see here this is that contract agreement that recently came out over the past couple of weeks it's triggered a lot of interest around the asx lyc story and it's just another fuel for growth on the back of the other tailwinds that we mentioned surrounding electric vehicles and the renewables linus did sign a contract to build a u.s light rail earth separation facility this is with the united states government particularly the department of defense the department of defense are going to be putting in around 30 million us dollars and linus is expected to contribute a similar type of amount that's still to be finalized the interesting part about this is this is for the light rare earth linus are also in the preliminary discussion stage with the department of defense to be developing a heavy rare earth separation facility if this goes ahead successfully these will actually be side by side in texas and would really solidify linus reputation as a global rare earth supplier along with this positive announcement asx lyc provided their quarterly report you can see here that they had good growth in their quarterly sales revenue in 2020 linus actually did have some production halts there was a reduction to demand of course with all of the changing operating conditions around the world in 2020 and so this year is all about getting back on track and really getting back to good growth numbers for the year ahead they've got a good closing cash balance you can see lioness have over 500 million dollars of cash on the books and this is really going to help to fund that linus 2025 growth project that we discussed the kalgoorlie project is going to be the pillar of that linus 2025 growth project however along with that there's also going to be further upgrades to their operations and their different facilities around the world and then we have the asx lyc stock chart it's been a steady grower throughout the year you can see it's almost a linear line upwards it's had peaks and it's had troughs it's ebbs ups and down but then it's actually been relatively stable throughout the year that big spike that you can see recently was in the back of the contract with the department of defense for the light rare earth facility and it has pulled back in line with the rest of the market over the past couple of weeks we'll be watching to see where this plays out from here linus raris has been a very strong grower over the past few weeks and months there's a lot of excitement in the stock sentiment is definitely driving a lot of positivity in it the question will be if it's overbought for the short term however the long-term growth story does look good for a company like linus rare earth's if you'd like to help out our growth story you can do that by hitting the like button we hope we've been providing value for you with a new video each and every day if you have been enjoying it hitting that like button is the easiest way that you can show your support thanks for all of your support along the journey stock number three another one with a polarizing opinion but asx z1p has been ready to resume on an upwards trend after a period of consolidation we know that zipco was the number two player in the asx buy now pay later space after after pay and of course in august once paypal made their announcement about entering the bmpl sector the broader buy now pay later sector had a significant sell-off zip code was trading sideways for a long period of time people were wondering if zip code was gonna go back to the three dollar or four dollar mark however on the back end of the year and very recently they've delivered a few strong trading updates they've finished and completed a successful capital raising and share purchase plan they look like they're positioned for growth and ready to go for 2021 so just in case you've missed it and you're wondering who they are who is zipco zipco are the second player in the buy now pay later sector in australia we've got a range of different business models as well as got different facilities around the world they've got obviously their australian new zealand operations they've recently completed a quad pay acquisition in the united states and they're beginning to expand into the uk market as well the exciting part of the zip code growth story is where they head from here as we mentioned they recently completed a successful capital raising as well as a share purchase plan the share purchase plan was for retail investors and it was oversubscribed which really indicates a great amount of long-term support from investors and the capital raising provided a nice floor under the share price they're now well capitalized they've got great defined objectives moving forward and they do have the capabilities now to expand into the new markets and new verticals that they're interested in the us growth is a real pillar of what they've done we'll talk about it with their financial results after this about how their quad pay acquisition has gone the uk expansion is in its nascent stages but it definitely is a great opportunity this new markets division is the one that i'm watching with great interest they've got a range of different potential new markets and geographies that they're eyeing off as areas that they could expand into they're taking a few strategic different stakes in companies that are playing and leading in these spaces this is not going to be a short-term growth story but it really will help to plan a global footprint if they do this well over the next few years and finally to supplement their buy now pay later offering for consumers we know zipco have been proactive about expanding into new verticals as well they're launching their zip business initiative for small to medium enterprise lending as well as their tap and zip initiative that they recently announced with visa so this recent trading update was a real knockout report it was phenomenal across the board you can see that group quarterly revenue was up over 80 the december revenue just for the month alone was up over 90 the december and the final quarter of the year is normally a stronger one for the buy now pay later sector as it's got of course the black friday and the cyber monday sales as well as the christmas period where a lot of consumer products are purchased the total transaction volume was up over 100 year-on-year both for the quarter and for the month and then most importantly they're continuing to see significant customer growth nearing six million customers globally the quad pay acquisition was one that investors and analysts were wondering whether it was going to be able to continue to deliver good growth especially with heightened competition over in the u.s we know paypal is entering we know that a firm recently ipo'd and of course afterpay is expanding their offering however quad pay delivered significant growth in revenue as well as customers and at the bottom you can see the company is now well capitalized on the back of these capital raising and funds so we'll see where the zip code story heads from here this is the asx z1p chart you can see that zipco after the august sell-off was trading in a relative sideways range on the back of their knockout quarter you can see where there's been a significant move upwards the question will be now if they're going to be resuming on upwards trend from here the next resistance is in and around that eight dollar mark they've tested a couple of times it'll be interesting to see if they can break through and if so if that will start to pay for pathway for them reaching up back towards their all-time highs just before we dive into the bonus stock at the end we'd love to know your thoughts so drop in the comment below what's on your watch list and which of these three you are most excited for for february 2021 it would be rude for us not to include gamestop i'm sure by now you all know the story it's been one of the most colossal short squeezers we've seen in history initially it started through wall street's bets but has now reached out and transcended the financial markets it's been covered in mainstream media people and retail investors are talking about it around the world so to start off with you might be wondering who is gamestop gamestop are one of the world's largest video game retailers however of course as the trends have moved from physical games and discs into digital downloads gamestop have struggled you might know of gamestop as the australian subsidiary that's eb games in australia so we actually do have a bit of a link to the story over in america lockdowns did hurt retail locations we saw stores around the world shutting down and gamestop was actually at one stage at risk of potential bankruptcy they had a 140 short interest on the company and this was quite significant investors were wondering where to from there the wall street bets forum on reddit actually picked up on this they orchestrated one of the most significant short squeezers in history it's definitely going to go down in history and is one that will be talked about for years to come if you'd like more of an overview into the whole gamestop situation what a short squeeze is and how this played out i'll leave a link to the video on the channel that we've done doing a deep dive into this there's also a range of different update videos on the channel as well to give you some more insight and color on everything that's playing out as you can see here this is the gma chart it went absolutely parabolic it rose upwards basically in a straight line then there was a robin hood saga of them restricting trading which saw the gme share price fall back however after that it's now rose and back up on the back end of the week and at this time of recording it looks like gme is ready to try again on the next upwards trend the question will be how much buying pressure will there be next week whether there will be any changes in the regulatory environment how brokers might affect it as mentioned we've got videos on the channel discussing this it's something that we'll definitely continue to be watching and updating on it's an incredible story and it's one that continues to evolve right in front of our eyes so the question is where to from here of course in the short term we've seen a small pullback this was as a result of all of the uncertainty with the gamestop and short squeeze situation the bigger question is whether this is just a short-term pullback the market will digest it and resume on an upwards trend or whether this is a start of a more broad correction the question will be what's going to drive the growth in 2021 of course an economic recovery and a return back to more normalized trading conditions will help to fuel the cyclical movement though the growth companies do continue to put up phenomenal quarters and continue to deliver year in and year out so we'll be watching to see what plays out and then of course a big unknown is where will the short squares head this is definitely an event that does have the ability to be market moving at the moment it is condensed to one sector of the market so far though it does have the potential to continue to spill outwards we know that the markets dislike uncertainty so if there is more uncertainty and fear that comes into it as a result it could play out and come flow through onto the asx as well as mentioned we've got videos on the channel which will give you a real deep dive into everything that's happening with the gamestop short squeeze and we've also been doing a range of different analysis videos for asx growth stocks too i'm sure you'll find them interesting we're the asx investor channel we make daily videos and we're talking about the stock market investing and we find and analyze the best growth stocks so if you haven't yet hit that subscribe button make sure you turn your bell notifications on as well so you won't miss a daily episode and we'd love to have you join the community what a phenomenal start to the year january was at the moment it looks like february is shaping up to be just as exciting we'll be covering it all on the channel thank you so much for joining us as always for now stay well and happy investing [Music] you
