hello everybody welcome to the rhc billing 201 uh webinar this is a part of our lunch and learn series for our beginning billers for real health clinics and this is the 201 session it's gonna be done by amanda dennison from blue and company and uh here is my contact information my name is mark lynn i'm a cpa from chattanooga we've worked with the royal clinic program for about 30 or 35 years uh danny gilbert is uh also with us she she is my partner and she will be doing the technical stuff except for she's not here today she's on vacation so that's going to be me uh good luck hopefully this will hopefully this will all work um here is what we do medicare cost reports i'm working on a couple right now program evaluations we've got several rns that will go out and help you do the program evaluation and we'll write the report for that emergency preparedness doing rhc startups and if you're in tennessee we do the tenncare quarterly reports if you've not joined the rhc information exchange group we're up to about 3 400 members or so and that is the best way to find out about information about rhcs about especially our webinars or if you have questions there's a great group of people in there that will answer questions for you and uh and it's a very good community to have if you do have questions type those in the question box there and i will monitor those while amanda is talking uh this the presentation should last about 45 minutes or so and then i will try to address those questions and we'll try not to go much over one hour to be respectful of your time um the presentation is up to date as of today amanda will be talking about medicare if she's like me i cannot keep all 50 states and all all the ncos that are in within each state that's just impossible for for anybody to know that so but we will talk about medicare and teach you how to do uh the billing uh there there is the listing of the upcoming webinars just so you know uh we're having a bunch of them this week uh on thursday elizabeth burrows is gonna be doing the the one on grant management such policies and procedures you need all this sort of stuff elizabeth will be talking about that on thursday we're going to go to the 301 piece on friday uh with with douglas wards of azalea health so that so be ready for that one it'll be a little bit more detailed and what you put on the ub04 and all that sort of stuff will go in there and then next week uh charles james will be doing some sort of advanced topics as well so so a bunch of sessions coming up and then uh also next week the...
