We use airSlate SignNow as a way to get yearly MSP contracts signed by clients. Our contracts are a standard form that need some blanks filled in based on the client. We use airSlate SignNow to fill in those blanks and send it off to the client for signature. Once the signature comes back we sign it, and then airSlate SignNow sends both of us a PDF copy for our files.

airSlate SignNow makes it easy for the client to move through the document. One click per field and the data is there. Sometimes I even just use the tab key. airSlate SignNow is easy for me to move through when editing a document for sending. They color code the signers so it's easy for me to see who has to sign where. I can also set up in what order the signers have to sign. airSlate SignNow's price is very good as well. What we get from sign now for the price we pay is equal to other companies 3 times the cost.

airSlate SignNow has the best support staff. If I don't know how to do something they are right there to help. Via Chat, phone or email. They are always willing to work things out with me. Very polite and knowledgeable people.

It is being used across the whole organization. Anyone that needs a verified online signature has used airSlate SignNow. I have to use it with documents that I submit to the government. I don't have to scan a document that I signed but just use airSlate SignNow.

We are trying to go paperless in our office and this has allowed me to do that with the documents that I am responsible for. airSlate SignNow provides a time/date stamp which helps in record keeping. It is very easy to use!

I have only one use for airSlate SignNow and that is to create a PDF document that has my signature. I have not been disappointed with that use.

We use airSlate SignNow for engagement letters and other documents requiring client signatures. It allows our clients to electronically sign documents without coming into the office. They can sign from mobile phones, tablets or computers.

You can choose to password protect the esign request. You can choose to email a signed copy of the document once completed or withhold it if there's sensitive information that you don't want sent via email. Allows clients the ability to sign from almost any location and on any connected (data or wifi) device.

I've only reached out a few times to support but each time my issue / need was addressed promptly and thoroughly.

This works well for legal documents that don't require KBA. Great for virtual office solutions and for a rush signature request. I see this working well for CPA, attorney and insurance industries.

- [Instructor] Hello, this is Eddie from AppSheet here to help you build a quote proposal app in minutes. Here you can see that I've prepopulated a simple spreadsheet for a quote proposal. We have our column headers which should always be located in the first row, which include customers, hours worked, cost per hour, discount, tax rate, total and quote accepted. If you'd like to get started building your own app, go ahead and download the sample data in the description of this video to follow along. Now there are two ways to start building your app on AppSheet. You could use the AppSheet add-on or you could head over to appsheet.com and go ahead and start for free. If it's your first time in the system, it'll walk you through a quick login process. From here, we'll jump to new app. We'll start with our own data. We'll call this quote proposal app. We'll choose our data source, in this case Google. Find our quote proposal spreadsheet. And here you can see that AppSheet has taken its first attempt at configuring our app. Now let's go ahead and fix this app to enable the basic functionality that we'll want. For purposes of this demonstration, we'll keep things pretty simple. So here you can see that in our data section we have our tables and we have our quote proposal table. If this was a more complex app, we could use additional tables. Here we'll also allow adds and deletes so that we can add and delete rows of data directly from our app. Now jumping over to columns, we can see that AppSheet has interpreted each of our columns and assigned a data type to them. AppSheet's normally pretty good at assigning the right data type. Now here in the total section, let's go ahead and add in a AppSheet expression. Now these are very similar to Google Sheet formulas and Excel formulas. In this case, what we'll do is we'll go to columns, we'll say hours worked and let's multiply that by our cost per hour. So now we've created a simple expression that computes our total from our hours worked multiplied by our cost per hour, multiplied by one minus our discount percent, multiplied by one plus our tax rate percent. So you can see how that works across to give us our final number here. Now I'll go ahead and save this. Here in the slices section, we can create subsets of our existing data but we'll skip this for now. Go jump over to UX and here you can see we have our quote proposal primary view. You can have up to five views on the bottom and additional views in the menu. Let's actually change this to a table view and we'll actually change the column order as well. So we'll have the first column be our customer and our second column be our total. Now let's group these by quote accepted, let's put that in reverse order. And we'll sort them by total. Here in display, let's go ahead and change this to a dollar icon. Now we have our first view quote proposal. Just to show you, let's also just add a quick form view. We'll put this on the right and we'll call this new quote. So now we have our quote proposal view and our new quote view. At any time, we can jump over to preview other form factors and we can see what this looks like on a smartphone, we could rotate it, or on a tablet as well. We could also open this up in full screen and you'll see what this looks like as a functional web app. From here, we'll jump over to brand and if we wanted we could have our own custom app icon. In this case, let's just use the dollar sign. We could create our own background images and launch images, create custom formatting rules. In our behavior section, we could create a new action if we'd like. New actions allow us to do things like quickly send emails, phone calls, jump to different parts of the app. We could also create workflow rules. In this case, let's create a email quote workflow and we'll just say that whenever there's a change that happens or a new quote that's created, let's go ahead and email. In this case, we'll enable a expression and we'll just go ahead and insert email. And so just like that, whenever we generate a new quote for a person, then we'll send them automatically an email based on their email in the email column. Here, under reports, we could quickly create a new report and we'll just call this a monthly report and we'll say that on every given month at any given time for our table quote proposal, let's go ahead an email boss@appsheet.com We'll save these. Now we'll head over to security and you can see that in this case, we've enabled secure sign-on through Google, our domain authentication provider. But you could use other domain authentication providers based on your data source. If you were using DropBox or Office 365 or Smartsheet Salesforce Box, Sequel, whatever the case. At any given time, we could also head over to users and we can either add an entire domain or we can add a specific user, very simply, and just like that they would receive an email to test or use this app. So when you're ready to go, just head over to not deployed and this will automatically run our deployment check and we'll move our app to deployed state despite not having fixed our descriptions. And now I want to give you a brief sense of what this looks like on an actual device. So here you can see that we have my personal smartphone device. I'll go ahead and jump into my email and I will find the quote proposal app. I'll install it in Safari on iOS or Chrome on Android. We'll hit install, open up AppSheet and here you can see that we have our quote proposal app. So we can jump into any of these individual entries, we could edit these on the fly. Keep in mind that any edits that you make on your device will automatically be synced to the cloud. We could also create a new quote.
